FabHotel Prime Prowell Crown - Hitech City

Please don't go by the photos in the website. This is a horrible place to stay. We had to cut short our travel by 2 days wherein our actual plan was to stay for 4 days. We had booked and paid for an additional bed, but was provided by a bed which was disgustingly dirty. The bed sheets, pillow covers, towels, coffee mugs and even the mug and bucket in the bathroom was nauseating. We had to return back 2 days ahead of schedule and preponing our flight costed us INR 18000. The hotel promised us to return us 2 days amount which was never done even after repeated calls and follow-ups. Would never recommend this place to anyone !!!

The room which they provided is not at all good. We got an upgrade but the upgraded room is also not up to the mark. Service is below average.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
