Pleasant stay,,,staffs were co-operative,,,They were ।ore than happy to help,,,,However the life made noise throughout the night

Cleaning done not a single day. Ac was not working properly. Room service was not good. There must be fooding facility. Tv was not working. No body was available to look after the problem after asking frequently.

Only location good. No food service. No tea maker. Poor sanitation. Bedsheets blanket covers very old and worn out. Needs to have at least tea maker and good quality of bedcovers, and sanitation

Location wise good. I went to visit lv prasad eye institute and it was very easily accessible from the hotel. A little maintenance of the hotel required

The bathroom is not cleaned properly. Tooth brush kits and water bottles are not provided complimentary. Need to pay separately.

The property is located beside l v prasad eye hospital where i took my wife for treatment. I got room no 301 on the 3rd floor where the intercom was not working. There is no restaurant at the property one has to order food themselves. They provide drinking bottled water on chargeable basis. Behavior of the staff is good and polite.

We stayed here for two days from 9th to 11th jan24 as a couple. The say here was average. Many shortcomings experienced such as not available of drinking water (avl on chargeable basis), no towels. Also felt language barrier with the staff, only mr raju the manager was helpful in communication. Rooms are ok, but the mainproblem is the availability of standard restaurants nearby, for getting u have to order online. Room service is slow needs a lot of improvement. In overall just average and ok stay,

Hotel situated in isolated place no tea or coffee, breakfast available in hotel. Communication facility not available in around hotel. Not for worth for money at that room tariff. Mm t has charged me more than 1000- than actual rent from me which is unfair. I felt cheated by mm t
