Courtyard Resort

Poco raccomandabile, carissimo con servizi e struttura carente. Abbiamo trovato le lenzuole sporche e un calzino sotto le coperte! Davvero orribile! Purtroppo era tardissimo e non abbiamo potuto fare niente visto che la reception chiude alla sera. La vasca con la solita pessima tenda non scendeva l'acqua e dovevi tenere a bagno i piedi sino alle caviglie e non finisce l'incubo...aria condizionata rotta che spuntava aria calda! Finestra aperta e tantissimo rumore esterno. Notata da incubo vero! Alla mattina hanno provveduto alle riparazioni e di fatto nella(purtroppo seconda notte, era già pagato) tutto è rientrato. Scusa fatte ma non potevano rimediare il danno subito. Non ci tornerei mai più.

When we arrived the mini fridge in our room was not working and so the whole room smelled bad. We were moved to a different room which was clean and adequate for what we needed. The place was very close to Main Street and within walking distance to many restaurants, to the JFK Museum, and to the waterfront where the artist shanties were. Also within walking distance to the Hyannis ferries. One thing we had counted on was being able to use the hot tub at the end of each day but it was not working and was never fixed the whole week we were there. Another thing we had counted on was being able to use the outside grill to cook some of our meals on but it was also out of order and never fixed or replaced while we were there. We asked about both of these things several times. Those couple things were disappointing since it's part of what we had paid for.

Check in was carried out by lovely lady. Unfortunately no lift and had a third floor apt so we had to lug a lot of luggage up three flights of stairs. Clean but very basic, dated motel with one room. Plenty of parking and with easy walking distance in Hyannis
