Home has 1 Queen bed, 3 twin beds and 1 pull out couch. Private backyard with propane grill (new this season). Plenty of parking. Notes added for clarity: The yard is fenced on 3 sides only and pets cannot be left out without being on a leash. The Sun porch does not have a dedicated AC unit due to the type of windows. The door to the sunporch needs to be left open to get cooled by the main ac unit. There is a pull out couch on the sun porch that can be used as a bed but it is a pull out after all so it is really only useable in a pinch. There is also a twin bed located on the sun porch. The house is a 2 bedroom and a third sun porch can also be used as a bedroom. NEW FOR 2024: House comes with a Barnstable beach parking permit good at any local beach for only $40 per stay.
