Anantara Stanley & Livingstone Victoria Falls Hotel

We stayed at tthe Stanley & Livingstone Falls Hotel on our honeymoon, and absolutely loved it! The suites were gorgeous. The location amazing. The staff stellar, and the food at the beautiful dining room absolutely delicious. The hotel is located about 5 kilometers out of town, and right along the boundary of the Victoria Falls National Park, and you can sit on your balcony and enjoy watching kudu, impala, baboons, and occasionally other anmials stroll by below. (We saw both a giraffe and black rhino!) The staff went above and beyond. We'll definitely be back!

Money was stolen from my room, which is absolutely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to offer security. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution, the hotel has completely ignored my complaint. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue una completa decepción. Beyond the theft, the hotel demonstrated a complete lack of ethics: they denied me the meals and activities that had already been paid for in advance. Even though my reservation included everything, the staff insisted that I only had breakfast, and I was denied my meal upon arrival, which was entirely their mistake. Dionne Mutsonziwa, the manager in charge at the time, promised to provide me with a response, but to this day, she has ignored my complaint and has not offered any solution. I would say perfection on all levels. The place itself is amazing, in the middle of a national park with wild animals walking around and the service is truly impeccable! African hospitality is something else. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so memorable.

Stayed for two nights at this 5-star luxury hotel. The staff were friendly, and the food was good. The suite is spacious, and from the veranda, we saw baboons and impalas in the morning and evening. It's a 20-minute drive from Victoria Falls, with a cricket stadium being built nearby. I only had one issue with the low water pressure for the first two days, nearly catching a cold after a cold shower. Despite that, I would return if visiting Victoria Falls again.
