Elephant & Moon Resort, Mogan Mountains

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was exactly as pictured. They had the heat on prior to our arrival which was most appreciated. It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China. All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

The hotel is easy to find, staff was great and helpful. Different kind of activities, we had a great time. The cabin was great, all clean and new.

房間不錯，雖説是帳篷但是床的厚度可以很舒適，可以住4個人帳篷內部還能用布簾隔開，隔天早上還可以去門口借自行車，萌寵這裏沒有什麼，所以可以隨便餵養，孔雀有點多，可以帶點穀物喂喂孔雀，羊也有 衞生：不錯模塊的浴室所以沒有什麼蟲子，就是沒有浴缸 設施：沒有電視，不過好在酒店的遊玩項目蠻多的 環境：空氣很不錯 服務：小王小羅服務都非常好，全程短駁車速度很快。 自行車也很方便，超時價位也不貴，我一帶二的騎行表示還是能接受的

絕對是超值的體驗！ 衞生：入住前對環境有所顧慮，但木屋出奇的乾淨，並且還有微波爐和餐碟杯具，方便使用。 活動：我們訂的套餐包含了季節性蔬菜採摘一份（挖筍或者摘菜自己選擇），親子娛樂一份（水上或淘氣堡），自行車騎行，篝火晚會等，兩天一夜玩不夠👏 服務：主要要説一下服務！服務我要評超五星！！！ 每位工作人員都熱情有禮，建議大家添加管家微信，管家會發送酒店活動表單，接駁熱線和活動熱線，非常方便！ 我們到家還沒整理物品就先收到了管家發來的遺漏物品照片，請管家幫忙快遞迴家，真的超級貼心了！ 最後，特意感謝一下洪家琪小姐姐！我們兩家人選擇了挖筍，但是沒有經驗，顆粒無收，小朋友很失望，小姐姐看到了主動引導我們尋找，小朋友們表示體驗感超讚👍👍👍

訂的是家庭獨幢木屋，樓上兩張0.9m的單人穿，可以拼在一起，我和我老公住，樓下是1.8m的大床，婆婆和小孩住。房間挺新的，各種設備都有，杯子消毒櫃等，前台登記時還會額外發放小童洗漱用品和拖鞋。不過木頭房子難免有點隔音不好，影響不是很大。 週五入住的，入住時候人很少，叫車都很快，週六入住人多了以後要等一會會。 活動有很多，幾乎都含在套餐裏面，有額外收費項目也會在登記入住時解釋清楚。對於遛娃真的非常友好，退房時候還捨不得走呢，説下次還要來
