I LOVE THIS HOTEL VERY MUCH! The room is clean and lovely. The bath water is hot. The bed is soft and large. Breakfast is 120 egp and definitely worth it, fantastic roof top view.

房間很乾凈，有泳池，有沙灘，還有spa，30-45歐50分鐘，不便宜。我們退房當天訂了出海項目，下午回來還給了房間洗澡，樓下餐廳海鮮也不錯。 唯一不滿意的一點，就是前台一名工作人員説樓下的spa不好，推薦了外面的spa，説的30美刀，付款又説30歐，付款後，被帶到了很偏遠的一家按摩店，難怪付款前詢問了三遍店名都含糊其辭不説清楚，進店沒有空調，按摩師的一直在流汗，汗珠接連不斷地滴到背上，有點噁心…所以堅持了20分鐘就立馬離開了，離開的時候發現了前台的價格表，50分鐘衹需要600-700埃鎊，真的是被前台這位夾帶私貨的工作人員狠狠地坑了一把，強烈不推薦！

Отличная гостиница, удобно и комфортно, единственное если ложиться рано(часов в 20-21), то невозможно заснуть, так как под окнами (в сторону моря) было караоке в ресторане, плохо спал. Если ложиться после 12-2, то все идеально.

位置好景色宜人

We booked 2 nights at this hotel. At the time of check in the staff were confused regarding how the booking was made and what bed types we had. Despite mentionned that we needed twin beds they did not seemed to acknowlige it. Also they were asking to pay for the room which was already paid before. After checking with their manager it was paid. Everytime that I asked simple requests (sometimes twice) something regarding the beds or if I can pay some meals with Egyptian pounds in cash the guy at the reception was constatly replying I'll ask the manager. Overall that person did not seem to understand or know what he was doing. The location at the marina is excellent where there's restaurants for every taste as well as everything you need on the ***** (Sheration road) not too far by walking. You have access the the beach and the pool at the beach club however they do charge to use the towels. The breakfast was very good and the portions were good, however they do not do refills for coffee. The room was lovely and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Overall this is a good despite the confused staff at a good location with a nice beach.

I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water.

The hotel rooms were reasonably well appointed with comfortable bed and reasonably new looking bedding furniture which was all in vey good condition. The exception was the shower which looked a bit tired but functional. The staff were very helpful and the few issues that we had were generally promptly dealt with. The wifi was also surprisingly good within the room. On the downside the rooftop restaurant wasn't a great experience and we felt the service was very sub standard, which is a shame because it could be really great with better food and service. The hotel location is also quite noisy which is possibly ok if you intend to be out and about into late evening. The biggest downer for us was the Blue Beach Club which has free access for guests of the hotel. One of the main reasons for being there was to spend time on the Beach relaxing but the Blue Beach club staff insist on playing very loud club music which is not relaxing and despite requests to turn it down they refused. It was quite noticeable on our several visits that as the music volume went up the number of guests went down. There is another beach about 10 minutes walk away that charges 70Egyption for the day where the service and quality of food is far better and the general ambience is much more relaxing. In the scheme of things 70Egyption isn't very much and the food there is cheaper than at the Blue Beach club so it balances out in terms of cost and you get a better experience.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. But the room was extremely noisy . It was near the back of the restaurant. I asked to change it but they gave me another room smaller to the one i had at the beginning and facing the same side. I choose to keep my room at least it was bigger.

The rooftop terrace has a nice view and even though the room was basic it was clean. Service upon arrival was nice and if you like to stay in a touristy area this is a good spot. It was very loud during the night though, so it you have a though time sleeping this is not the hotel for you.

Above average modern hotel within Hurghada Marina complex - that's where posh boats anchor and tours sail from. Comfortable decent rooms with very attentive staff. Great breakfast. Also a huge number of restaurants nearby. All very 'Western' with prices to match (high for Egypt).

To get the sea view room that i booked, the lady in the reception gave me a room with 1 queen bed instead of 2 beds for me and my son. Friendly staff overall. Nice location. The hotel gives you access to a beach right on the marina. A supermarket and great dining options are within walking distance. Also the marina area is great to walk around and this hotel is in the middle of it. A couple of problems in the room after I checked in but they were fixed. I definitely recommend this place.

I was originally given a nice 3rd floor twin room. Decent sized beds perfectly comfortable. Because I am a big guy (6"2' and 20 stone) after 2 nights they decided on my behalf, that I needed a king sized bed and basically fat shamed me into moving rooms. I was not given a choice. They put me in a 1st floor room right over their noisy restaurant terrace (gave me food poisoning 1st day). The noise was unbearable. They claimed it still had a sea view..yeah if you squint round the corner. Otherwise its car park and building site. The shower was rusty and didn't work, the plug in the basin was broken. The drains in the bathroom stank. When I complained they just smirked at me. I have written multiple emails to the hotel group with zero response.

Hurghada had lack of water. There was no water for flushing toalett or washing hands or take a shower before lunch and that was extremly difficult to handle.
