Beautiful hotel with lovely warm pool Stayed here in March 2025 with my elderly mum. We were both really pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the hotel, rooms & grounds were. It is right on the beach. Don’t forget your £25 in British cash to pay in arrival at the airport! Only a 30 minute transfer from the airport. We arrived late, after the restaurant was shut, but they open it up for late arrivals which was much appreciated - don’t expect drinks though, or grab one from the bar on your way in if after normal restaurant hours. Our room was lovely, large & modern with a stunning bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable & great pillows (I am VERY fussy about pillows!). We both slept really well. There are several pools including one lovely warm pool with a swim up bar. The others were freezing but even in March the sun was very hot so a paddle in the cold pools was great & I imagine ideal for swimming in summer. In winter its shady round the pool from 4pm so head to the beach. The sun sets at about 6pm (winter). There is a self service screen in reception for booking in to two of the four A La Carte restaurants per week. We chose the Lebanese at the sister hotel (free shuttle bus every 15 mins). Nice to see the sister hotel which is a walkable distance away if you prefer. It had pool slides, so great for kids. The hotel decor is very dated at the other Stella (Stella Gardens) so I’m glad we chose the Stella Beach. The Lebanese A La Carte was fine. I love Lebanese so enjoyed it, but have had a lot better. We also opted for the Indian at our hotel. Without doubt the best meal we ate all week & I highly recommend. It was nice also nice to have a change of scene. We also tried the snack bar for lunch, which was table service & very nice. The salads & chicken & chips were very small portions but delicious. I found the breakfast (omelettes made to order, fresh fruit, plus all the usual pastries & cooked breakfast bits etc) delicious. Lunch was excellent too with an amazing selection of gorgeous salads & dips with tzatziki, hummus, tahini etc. I really enjoyed the breakfast & lunch. Dinner (evening meal) was a bit hit & miss, as they often are on all inclusive holidays. The Fisherman (seafood) themed night was very good with king prawns on skewers. The Pharaoh night was also very good with delicious kebabs. There was a huge selection of food so you should always find something you liked. There was always a meat carvery, pasta bar & chips, so even the fussy beige food eaters should be happy. There was beautiful fresh bread cooked by a very hard working lady from morning til night, which was also delicious. The premier league games are screened live in the bar if you want to watch the football. The air con in the room was great. Watch out for mosquitoes! It would have been nice to sleep with the door open but I didn’t want to get bitten. I wore a lot of repellent & escaped any bites but saw others covered. We paid £70 for two 30 minute ba
