Perfect and highly recommended!

A very nice hotel for couples the room was very nice and also the food

We stayed at Kaisol Romance hotel in Sahl Hasheesh from 29/11/24-6/12/24. We celebrated my birthday whilst there. The staff are so polite and courteous. They go above and beyond. There are too many to mention but we have to say thank you to Ramadan, our house keeper. Excellent service and dressed our room with a towel display on several days. Ahmed, who works on the breakfast bar serving juice in the morning but mainly for supplying us with drinks around the pool everyday. Karim the life guard with a happy smile and greeting to Mr John everyday. Always made sure we got a sunbed in the sun. Also to Dasher, customer relations, just a joy and happy to help. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are a generous size. The food is exceptional. So much choice and the quality is up there with the best we’ve experienced. The A la Carte restaurants are superb. Our favourites being the Italian, Asian and the Indian. The weather was great which I think helps when on holiday. 25/26degrees and clear skies all week. The beach is lovely, but we preferred the pool area, however, you have to get up early if you want the best spot by the pool. We couldn’t find anything negative to say about this hotel. Talking to some guests they were on their 7th and 10th times so that tells you a lot. We treated ourselves to the body scrub and massage (amazing) whilst there which also gave us access to use the facilities in the spa for free for the weeks’s stay. We will definitely consider returning again.

We chose to spend Christmas away in sunshine, warmth and being spoilt and waited on. We were not disappointed. On arrival we entered a grand atrium of a reception to be met by smiles from everyone. Our room was even better than we expected with a balcony overlooking the Red Sea. As to the food, where does one start the selection was vast, the quality was first class and there were 'new' foods to try. The only down side was like most Hotels these days all meals were buffet style. This does lead to one having cold food due to queuing and other guests not knowing what they want. The best I can say is "In no time flat, staff were calling us by name, had a board smile on their faces and remembered what your favourite drink was be that tea or coffee or red or white wine. Not forgetting my partner's joy for Ouzo and Lemonade. Would we go back? Yes in a shot!

It was our first time staying at this hotel and we were extremely impressed with the cleanliness, the facilities, the food and the staff attentiveness. Nothing was too much trouble for any staff member. All staff gave the impression that they wanted to help and assist you even if it was just putting a towel on the sunbed. Staff assisted even if the request wasn't part of their 'job role'. There are too many to mention individually although, special thanks to our housekeeper, Sameh, who ensured we had everything we needed and kept our room spotless. After having a chat with Dasha and her finding out about our engagement, she arranged a cake and balloons to our room. We were made to feel very special. The sunbeds at the pool are limited and we're mostly taken and this wasn't the height of the season. The same went for the beach. Sunbeds were rarely available from late morning (I'm not one to rush and put a towel down ) however, we made do and grabbed a few hours on them when we could. We had a fabulous time and will return at some point. Thank you so much to you all. Natasha and Peter

Returned in sept after having to leave when here in July as my mum unexpectedly passed away. The way all the staff looked after us on arrival and after was amazing both in the 2 days there in July and in September when we were able to stay for the week. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed with love and affection. Nothing is a problem for them. We loved the food in all the restaurants including the main one. They fitted us in at last minute when they had space. The beach is gorgeous and it’s fab to be able to go straight into the sea which is beautiful. Fantastic service from all the guys at the beach and beach bar. Returning in July 25 and can’t wait! Thank you ❤️
