本來衝著新裝修去的，但一看門就很古老了。單看硬件我是不會給5分的，但他們服務人員特別熱情細心，積極解決問題，讓我感覺非常好，也是酒店加分項。 酒店三餐也不錯，味道好。 酒店內就有碼頭，可以直接訂出海，潛水等活動，非常方便，但價格估計要比外面貴一些。

房間尚可，環境不錯，價格有優勢，在攜程提前了好幾個月訂的日出假日酒店，提前2天説滿房了，不得已才換的這間酒店了，也沒啥補償，以後還是儘量不在攜程訂房了。

酒店環境沒得説，很漂亮，不過一開始給的房型不對，我們定的有陽台，給了沒陽台的還是窗户都是柵欄的，不過攜程服務很好，幫我們換到了有陽台的房間！我們定的包三餐，午餐沒吃，晚餐飲料是要加錢的，前台服務還可以！

服務奇差無比 入住給了不符合預訂標準的房型：checkin時給的房間位於3樓336，3樓出電梯右轉，整條走廊的房間幾乎都開着門在裝修翻新，到處是濃重的裝修氣味、嘈雜的裝修聲音和出入的裝修工人。進到房間才發現所給的房型完全不是我所預訂的房型。因為以上兩點，立即下樓與前台溝通要求換房，前台還假惺惺説“給你們升級”。更換到5樓後發現，更換後的房間才符合我們預訂的房型，但房間內仍有濃重的黴味，開窗散了一下午至傍晚才散盡。 設想，如果你不擅溝通投訴，是不是就要被安排在氣味濃重、噪音圍繞、舒適和安全都難以保障的環境下將就一晚？ 要求歸還泳池卡時為難住客：辦理入住時除了提供一張門卡外，前台還給了兩張藍色磁卡用於“泳池和沙灘”（用於領取泳池沙灘巾），但僅僅給我們了卡片，衹字未提退房時這兩張泳池卡是否需要歸還給前台。我們在入住下午前往沙灘，在泳池邊的小屋向工作人員用兩張泳池卡交換了兩塊泳池沙灘巾，並在離開沙灘時將沙灘巾留在了沙灘椅上。次日中午退房時，前台要求我在歸還房卡的同時歸還泳池卡，否則需要繳納300埃鎊的費用。我表示昨日下午前往泳池時用泳池卡領取了毛巾，此時將泳池卡交給工作人員並未拿回，所以泳池卡並未丟失，而是被工作人員收走了。前台遂要求我一同前往泳池邊小屋，要我“指認交給了哪一位工作人員”“幾點交的卡？是給了他還是他？他們都是我（前台人員）同事，昨天這個時間點衹有他們在崗”，並在我表達“由於工作人員都穿着制服，我無法分辨具體是哪一位酒店工作人員”時，一再重複（前台人員的）問題。直到在烈日下僵持近20分鐘後，我多次表示不要浪費客人（我）的時間，酒店前台人員這才讓我簽署rebate 300埃鎊的文件，放我們離開。雖然整體溝通的過程雙方的情緒都還算平靜，但這樣的服務態度，不值得也不可能留得住有價值的客户。

此次埃及之行住的經歷最差的酒店，訂單裏麪包含一日三餐，最後一天中餐也是包含的，因為酒店規定是12點退房，下午一點多在吃中餐的時候竟然被一箇中年男工作人員在眾目睽睽之下叫出餐廳，像個犯人一樣被帶到前台，索要700埃磅餐費，在一個五星級酒店裡麪出現這種極其粗魯無禮的行為，簡直不敢相信，本人去過幾十個國家，住過幾百家星級酒店，這種情況還是第一次遇到。説實話這種粗魯的行為已經嚴重影響到酒店的形象，希望以後不要發生這種低級可怕的事情。不過酒店的價格非常便宜，環境也特別漂亮，自助餐也很豐盛美味，酒店前台工作人員，行李員，安保人員，餐廳，客房的服務員工作態度都非常好，遇到的每一個工作人員都很熱情，樂於助人，非常好的酒店，值得入住。

Small, clean resort, very beautiful garden and beach, spacious, clean rooms. Very good food, impeccable service, smiling, kind staff, always joking with you. The best entertainment team, especially Bedo, a guy full of energy, enthusiasm, communicative and joking. Bedo, don't forget the words in Hungarian! As a tip, stop cutting bracelets for those who have a late flight, it's too bad to lose customers. It's a very nice resort, with exceptional staff. Thanks for everything.

perfect stay, very good food, although i would ask you to have more vegan options, especially for desert. the people planning your trips are very helpful. animation staff is very motivated. the staff was very nice, especially bedo. overall 5/5 experience (except for the food options as aforementioned)

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The food was excellent – all delicious local specialties to international cuisine. The room were clean and well. Special mention goes to Bedo, who was an exceptional animator! He brought so much energy and fun to the activities, always making sure everyone was having a great time. There was always something fun happening, keeping everyone engaged and entertained throughout the day. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I stayed at this hotel in October this year. Overall it's ok, relaxing. Quality services. A quiet hotel. Good food, local cruises of poorer quality. Team entertainment is very good, especially Bedo,who is an extraordinary boy Maybe we'll come back next year .

Hotel is fantastic, rooms are great, fantastic weather, beaches and pool lovely. Food is really good too. Been here 5 times now, each time made really special by the Animation team, especially Serag really nice genuine guy, creates a fun welcoming place to be.

Location is 15 minutes from the airport. Reception staff always friendly, checkin smooth. No issues with the room, on the 4th floor overlooking the gorgeous gardens and the smaller villas on the north side of the hotel. The room was clean and functional, spacious also but having stayed here several times now there are better rooms available with updated interiors. Absolutely love the landscaping here, it is meticulously maintained all year round. It’s also a compact hotel, with the main facilities all on 1 level. Generally the hotel is tidy and clean. I would like the hotel to acknowledge though that the buffet restaurant indoor wooden seats are sticky, could do with a decent clean. Like the Al a carte restaurants, and the buffet restaurant is adequate rather than indulgent and expansive in choice. Bars all attentive with service, and staff will bring drinks out to you. Pool areas satisfactory, but more likely to get a sunbed on the beach. The private beach is clean and soft under foot in the shallow water. Used the gym early in the morning, which is adequate for a general workout. The only downside to this hotel for me, is that despite returning for business regularly, you still find yourself being harassed by staff to go to the nightclub next door, or to do activities during the day. It just spoils whatever it is you’re doing in the moment, and they keep going even when you’ve said no.

Odličan hotel, hrana i usluga odlični.. Zabavna animacija svakog dana, momci i devojke iz tima druzeljubivi , veseli, izmame vam osmeh svakog dana..Ostatak osoblja takođe prijatan i uslužan,sve pohvale !!! Bedo, Sirag, Luffe great job guys, girls too ＜3 You made this trip much funnier.

I was lucky enough to stay here with work for 4 nights. The hotel is beautiful. The staff are very friendly and the animation team work so hard to keep you all entertained . The food is fantastic with so much choice. Can’t wait too return next month
