Sunrise Garden Beach Resort

The staffs at the hotel and their hospitality was incredible. The facilities were super clean and there was lot of hard work from the staff to clean and monitor it. There were lot of fishes if you are snorkelling. I stayed in Block 8 and moved to block 4. Block 8 was very modern and nice however the water pressure seemed low in top floor and there was some smell from bathroom drain. The cleaner Mohamed in Block 8 is amazing chap, he kept the place sparkling clean. I have to appreciate the chefs and waiters for offering a great dining experience along with a safe and delicious food. The security is top notch. Thanks a lot for the great service. People are friendly and offer a great service, so I highly recommend it. The snorkel kit at the resort is of great quality. You get everything you need in the resort as there are lot of shops and activities inside. There are tip boxes in resturants and for cleaners we can tip per service. I was not sure how to tip security / receptionists a tip etiquitte policy or notes from hotel will also be good. Thanks sunrise team.

We spent a dream vacation at Sunrise Garden Beach in Hurghada and I can say with all conviction that everything was superlative! ☀️ A special chapter deserves the entertainment team, which was simply extraordinary! We thank Mado, Ellie and Simba from the bottom of our hearts, who were the soul of the fun and who took care every day to make us feel excellent!

We stayed at this hotel, the last 2 weeks of September, we arrived to a balmy 35°, we last stayed here 7 years ago, it was just like coming home!! As an couple in our early 60's we found the hotel suited our every need. We never had any problem finding anything to eat, from breakfast in the Italian which is quieter than the main resturant, to eating in the Arabic at lunchtime, then evening either in the main resturant or one of the bookables our particular favourites were the Indian and Arabic where we ate twice during our stay, our tip would be to wear your eating pants for the Arabic as you get large portions as well as a lovley vatiety of Arabic food. Their Egyptian version of a Sunday roast was lovley and we had unexpected yorkshire puddings and gravy!! The staff here all work very hard to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible, the rooms are very clean and spacious,and the entertainments staff are great fun especially on the beach for morning wake up, with Katia, Simba, Jimmy, Stretch, and Stretch 2. Also a big thankyou to all the bar staff in the main lobby and beach bar. The beach is kept exceptionally clean, the water is lovley and warm at this time of year although it can get a bit windy but this was a bonus as some days it was 36°, there are always plenty of sunbeds so no reserving required, although certain people always think this is necessary! We would definatley stay here again in the future.

Everything was amazing! The location is perfect — just 15 minutes from the airport and you're standing in front of the hotel with your suitcase. The atmosphere is fantastic, there’s absolutely no chance of getting bored. There are activities for kids and adults — morning, afternoon, and evening — truly awesome! The rooms are lovely, more than enough for a good night’s sleep, and they were cleaned every single day. The food was excellent with a huge variety to choose from — same with drinks. Overall, the services were absolutely flawless!!!

My family and I visited this hotel every year since 2023 and we are always more than happy and satisfied. We love the beach the most, its clean and enough sunbeds for everyone. The staff is nice and friendly everywhere and welcome us always like family. The rooms are clean and spacious, perfect for families and animation never disappoints with a lot of activities over the day and nice evening shows. We have nothing bad to say and would always recommend this hotel to everyone.
