Booked 3 nights. Andalousia allows access to a nearby beach, not their private beach. And set back on the beach because the first two rows belong to touristic center owners. Came early but they refused to make any check in before 2 PM. The room was a disaster, an air conditioner above the bathroom door dropped water all the time and the room was very cold with no ability to adjust the AC from the remote and you had to close it before getting sick . Strange flying bugs over the billows and sheets, hair of other persons also over it. rusty laundry carrier, broken shower, torn towels, no WIFI, no iron, small refrigerator like the AC refrigerated everything on it. The treatment from the receptionist Alla Ezzat was not acceptable with no fixing of any complaint above, over that his manager Khahed was very rude and told me to leave if I didn't like my stay without a refund. Rooms very small with the extra bed, there was no room for legs. Nearby activities the beach open from 7 AM till 7 PM only. Safety the road from the street till the property was very quiet, scary, dusty and dark in some areas. It wasn't a small walk. Walkability the road was dust and cement, any strong air makes the dust hurt your eyes will walk. Food & drinks the restaurant was far away in the Mamsha. poor but friendly, and that makes you neglect any shortness , Noteworthy details The price doubled in a year, and tribled in two years. No value for money. In the balcony you can see every balcony out there without any privacy. Despite the long wait in check-in, there was no soap, no shampoo even in the dispenser, no bags in the trash basket, only toilet paper. no clothes hangers and we were supposed to leave our clothes folded. the nightstand falls whenever we try to use it.

BEWARE! I was injured at this property due to unsafe bathroom fixtures that were razor sharp. Management is horrible and incompetent. Hotel is dirty, unsafe. Breakfast was served in a smoke filled cafe on the street. Bread was stale. You are not free to sit where you want on the beach, as the first two rows, reserved for owners that don't even show up. Beach staff was very aggressive at 7am in the morning, yelling at us to tell us we could not sit in front row. Beach dirty, seafront dirty with boat fuel, hotel run down and needs massive repair, no water pressure, and very, very poor management. DON'T stay here!!!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, right in front of the beach and close to many shops, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is very kind and helpful – especially Moustafa – who is an amazing host! However, it is clear that the hotel needs renovation, some things do not work correctly (for example, the shower door does not prevent the toilet from flooding!) and the cleanliness could also be improved. The paths around the resort should be cleaner and in better condition. Not having Wifi in the rooms (only at reception) is annoying.

We stayed one night at this hotel. We never saw the beach etc, as we arrived early evening and departed the next morning for Luxor. The room was awful, the water out of the taps was brown. We mentioned this to the staff. We used bottled water to wash and clean our teeth. We slept on towels on top of the beds. The restaurant was 250 metres away and on seeing the menu, my wife and I thought that the food was not cooked here. We did not eat here. Please choose wisely.
