工作人員態度都非常好，很適合度假躺平，衹停留了1天感覺不夠，很多餐廳都需要提前一天預訂，很推薦，下次還去

性價比還挺高的，我訂的雙床房估計是訂完了，給我們升級了家庭房。度假村很大，但是同行的朋友覺得走路太久了，這不是酒店的問題是朋友的問題。如果是喜歡那種在酒店裡玩的人，住這種一價全包度假村還是很舒服的。其他遊樂設施我們沒怎麼玩，因為朋友嫌離他們的潛店太遠結果住了兩晚就搬街上的舊酒店去了🙄

This hotel offers excellent facilities and services for a week in the sun. If you like the gym it’s a good size and Amed who looks after it is a very pleasant helpful chap who is more than happy to help you and offer guidance for your work out plan. All the hotel staff are very nice, helpful and the entire resort is kept immaculate. I had two massages in the lovely spa and Sara was the best I have ever had spotting a previous back muscle injury and working this area to effect. The buffet food was good, and the separate restaurants that you need to book ahead are very good. The drinks were ok, not very strong and no known brands but on the whole the beer was cold and the cocktails not bad at all. If you like a view then ask for a room nearer to the private beach area but have in mind that’s the further away from the reception, the buffet and main bar areas. The hotel could improve on organisation on arrival, they want you to leave your luggage outside the reception for you to check in, relax, have a drink of their choice and wait for them to take your luggage to your room, however at 1am in the morning when we arrived most people I would say want to get to their room with their luggage as soon as they have checked in without a 20-30 minute wait wondering what happens next. There is also a bit too much daily pressure from some staff trying to sell you visits to the resort spa and the beauty salon whilst you are sat around the pools and on the beach, however if you grab a small red flag from the towel desk, they will leave you alone. Overall we would go back to this hotel but just for a week in the sun staying on resort as outside the hotel there is too much pressure from the locals to visit their shops and buy goods you don’t want.

We’ve just returned from the best family holiday. From the minute we arrived we got the wow factor. The staff from receptionists, cleaners, gardeners waiters and bar staff work so hard and are so welcoming, polite and helpful. The entertainment was the best we have ever seen. A special thank you to Crush who was so great with the kids but also so helpful to us providing advice when we wanted to do trips etc. cannot highly recommend this hotel enough we will be back.

Had a great time at this hotel, we stayed in a family swim up with posh club and wow, our butler Minos couldn't do enough for us! The whole posh club experience was amazing. Breakfast every morning was beautiful, food on general was good in the Al a carte restaurants, cocktails where decent. I would 100% return to this hotel
