Service is not equal to 5 stars hotel , even hotel is new one and so expensive, and they are so materialist, we pay a lot of money for room charges, but if you don't return back the towel missed card , they will ask you 5 usd each card , which it's not acceptable, for me I will not repeat this experience in this hotel

超級好的酒店，超級超級超級推薦，除了遠離市區其他沒缺點。 1.主要是景色超美，有成人滑梯還有kids區域可以玩，泳池四五個，預訂還可以有露天按摩浴缸，旁邊是馬代那種紗床巨美，和隔壁酒店是一起的，隔壁也很美。 2.餐廳超好吃（對比某書推薦另一家連鎖這家簡直是天堂，那家全是雷這家按頭誇），甜品有足足幾十種沒吃到雷而且不甜，家人們誰懂啊在一眾歐美人菜單裏面吃到不甜的甜品簡直是天堂，大部分菜也好吃，意麪超級無敵香，水果種類很多酸奶種類也很多。此外還有兩家需要預約的餐廳，有海鮮燒烤可以預訂，像日料的埃及鐵板燒，很香但是我們沒有預訂。還有一個很有異域風情的帳篷。 3.有很長的私人沙灘海岸線，玻璃海酒店就可以擁有。沙灘上躺椅超多，能躺幾百個但是躺的人很少，吹海風舒服死了。 4.酒店裝修類似於國內的漫心，房間內很新，熱水充足，陽台美麗，玻璃窗還有鎖。部分建築還沒修建完，估計建完會漲價吧，真的超值了。 服務人員喜歡要風油精當小費🤣，我把還剩的半瓶給他了。 唯一不足就是晚上去海邊被蚊子咬了，但是壞蚊子無處不在，我不怪這個酒店。沒有遇到歧視中國人的現象，至少服務人員對我都很好，下次來還住這裏。

服務態度很差，對中國人有一定的不尊重，空調容易壞，並且房間與房間之間有內門，不是很安全，餐食方面也一般，不太建議

入住兩天的前台都有問題態度很差拿行李的個別服務人員態度很好但是就是太不爽這次入住體驗

確實沒得説，很不錯的度假酒店，自助餐很乾凈，下次還會入駐

The V Luxury Resort Sahl ******* With no Luxurious! Worst experience for Honeymooners spending 4 nights in deluxe room with a private jacuzzi which is not even warm or either heated 4 days! Leaking bathroom shower cabinet, toilet leaking water, Cockroach in room, pillows and matters old and not comfortable, the most amazing the phone inside room is not even working isolating any communication with the reception, housekeeping, laundry, or any services. In addition complaints at the lobby appointment the problems and the concern all what you get “we will appoint the maintenance to solve the problems enjoy your stay everything will get fixed immediately and end of story nothing” next day same story different faces and higher responsibility with no difference. Most amazing check in once arrival 2 pm at resort lobby at 8 pm check in our exciting upgraded jacuzzi deluxe room after refusing 3 previous deluxe rooms, filling the document work to save the lobby worker that this room is suitable and better than most, unfortunately the filling of paper or documents was very early without even spending 10 minutes in room to find the disguise behind. Also after raising the situation to a higher responsibility the complementary to enjoy a romantic dinner at the beach and in one Brazilian restaurant, Food is for the hunger only, taste is the worst in the beach bar or restaurant, seven sense restaurant, Brazilian restaurant casa del sol, fried food to be avoided even if hungry! Last but not least This case is a red flag to any/all having a high expectation enjoying there stay/holiday/honeymoon and there is no ambition or sake of refund or even a complementary stay if granted!.

Today i take my first breakfast at V luxury and Mohamed was very nice whit me ! He help me to have the most good breakfast ever! Hi was very nice to talk with me because I was alone until my friend come down for breakfast! He give me advice for where to go to visit !

Excellent hotel the rooms are clean and the food is excellent and the drinks are great thank you Mohammed from the warm pool bar I also want to thank the animation team they are really very nice we enjoyed the parties very much at the night we will be back here again

Review for V Luxury Hotel, Sahl Hasheesh, Egypt We recently stayed at V Luxury Hotel in Sahl Hasheesh for an all-inclusive family holiday, and it exceeded all expectations. Traveling with my wife, two kids, parents in their 70s, and my sisters with their children (five kids in total, aged 19 months to 9 years), the hotel catered to everyone’s needs effortlessly. The service was outstanding, and the food was phenomenal, with over six dining outlets offering 24/7 options to suit all tastes. The kids’ facilities were fantastic, featuring multiple slides for all ages and a soft play area, keeping the children entertained throughout our stay. The in-house animation team provided engaging entertainment, allowing the adults to relax and enjoy the luxurious atmosphere. My parents appreciated the serene environment and attentive service. A special thanks to Tamir, the Food and Beverage Manager, and Lina, the General Manager, whose tireless efforts made our experience truly unforgettable. With spotless facilities, excellent amenities, and something for all ages, V Luxury Hotel is the perfect family getaway. We can’t wait to return!

The services were excellent, the room was very clean (Ahmed was the best!! He was looking after us for all our stay). Our room was 3138 and it had pool view, it was do nice the food was delicious, you could choose meals from di different countries like Japan or Italy We recomend this hotel and the staff -Bogdan

Wow ... what an experience! We had such a great time, it was actually really emotional on our last day. We had a penthouse with amazing views of the sea and pools and the balcony was very spacious. We went all inclusive and I am so glad we did because the food was really good and the staff in the restaurant were really attentive especially Hassan and Rafaa who always greeted us with a smile and would go out of their way to assist us. The reception staff who we constantly harassed, were very professional and helpful and Mamdouh was a sweetheart. We rode camels, sa in the sea and fed fish, went to Orange Bay which was so cool, we went star gazing, went to a Bedouin village and drove a buggy from one end of the resort to the other stopping off for icecream and to chat! When we were ready to leave another member of staff, Ramadan, took care of our luggage and lead us to a room where we could shower and get dressed (ready for the cold weather in the UK) which we were not expecting but were so grateful for. He also intercepted our taxi so it wouldn't leave as we were running late but we took the time to take a quick pic with him. There is another review which my daughter did which mentions other members of the fantastic staff who treated so well and helped to make my first trip to Egypt one of the best holiday ever!

My experience at this hotel was beyond great. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly especially Abdalla (picture) and Yahya who made my stay better. The only only downside was that the bedsheets were not very comfortable sadly and one receptionist working the night shift was very unhelpful when asked for later check out. Luckily Ahmed working the day shift helped me with what I needed.

The experience was amazing food was fantastic the views were breathtaking! Ahmed and Milad were so helpful in reception and accommodating for the entire stay and went far and beyond to ensure that the holiday was perfect! Will definitely be coming again

Fady barman is the best barman in the hotel, thank you for good work, and profesionality work. He does his work with a smile, spreads good mood. It can be seen that he likes this job. Children love him. Thanks The Hotel V Luxury. we will definitely come back here
