Home2 Suites by Hilton Huntsville Village of Providence

This is a new property adjacent to the Hampton Inn. The front desk staff and breakfast host have amazing customer service! The rooms are very spacious and include everything you will need for a short or long-term stay. The area is great with restaurants within walking distance and a peaceful walking trail. Plenty of well lit parking, and we felt safe the entire stay. Con: the pool belongs to Springhill Suites next door and is shared. Not very inviting since it's not directly on Home2 Suites property. We declined to use.

Very nice hotel. Close to neighborhood restaurants. Great breakfast buffet. Parking lot could more or brighter lights.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had! The hotel itself is beautiful and right in the heart of Providence downtown area. The room and hotel were incredibly clean and seemed brand new. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. It is hard to find hotels to accommodate a family with four children but the rooms were large and spacious with plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Highly recommend this establishment!!

I have stayed at the Hampton Inn Village of Providence on a weekly basis facility since Aug of 2023 and the Home2 Suites weekly since it opened and have nothing but positive things to say about the facility and staff. First class accommodations at all times.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Zetta Hayes, the Area Director of Sales and Marketing, and the incredible staff at both the Home2 Suites and the Hampton. From the moment we arrived, the professionalism and warm welcome from everyone — including Marcie Barnett, the young African American gentleman at the front desk, the assistant manager, and the entire front desk team, were simply unmatched. The housekeeping staff and guest services were so personable, warm, and friendly. You could truly feel their genuine care and commitment to excellent service. The hotel grounds at both properties were immaculate, and the rooms at the Home2 Suites were spacious, modern, and spotless. A special thank you to Zetta Hayes, who kept me informed every step of the way. Every time I reached out to her, she responded expeditiously with patience and professionalism. Her attention to detail and dedication made our entire experience seamless. We hosted our Educator’s Retreat with approximately 25 people, and every single one of our attendees was completely satisfied. From the outstanding accommodations and exceptional customer service to the delicious food and the beautiful atmosphere, it was truly a perfect experience. Even though I live in Huntsville, Home2 Suites and the Hampton have now become my home away from home. I’ve stayed at many hotels over the years, but I’ve never been treated so kindly by an entire staff across two different properties at the same time. It was amazing. This hotel checks all of the boxes. The hotel is well designed, has all of the amenities, is very comfortable, and has the highest customer service you could ask for from Marko and team. As a frequent traveler, it is difficult to feel comfortable and at home when you’re really away from home. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times now, and will continue to do so. It is seldom that staff in most hotels recognize a returning guest by name and pick up past conversations where they left off. From the initial greeting as a friend and guest to the attention to detail and ensuring a pleasant stay, this hotel and its staff get it right.
