Sandford House Hotel Wetherspoon

Lovely hotel a little hiccup on arrival but dealt with swiftly and rectified straight away . Was exceptionally clean and nice rooms plenty of biscuits bottled water coffee etc . Manager was great friendly and professional in every manner which reflects in the staff also . Efficient helpful and on point with their duties . And as for the lovely Penny just a bundle of warmth happiness and full of knowledge recommended some places to visit during our stay . And a big thank you to the chefs for the fab food. And the cleaners for keeping our room clean during our stay. I would recommend anyone to stay here fair price and great location . No parking but thats not a problem there is a 23 hour carpark a eight minute walk away which is 4 pounds . Bargain . Thanks again for a lovely stay .

Lovely and clean room, felt very new. Free teas and coffees in the wetherspoon pub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location. massive bed, which is good as we had to share. Would have preferred two twin beds, although very comfy. Would definitely stay again..
