The kitchen is stocked for a chef, or eat out at any of the highly rated restaurants of Tannersville, just down the road. Hunter Mountain is 10 minutes away; Windham is 15. In the summer there are hiking trails galore, including one a short walk down the hill that takes you along Rip Van Winkle Lake to the Boathouse restaurant, a playground, and pickleball courts. Please note that the house is adjacent to a studio apartment, which is not for rent. While the main house and the studio share a foyer and a driveway, the properties are completely separate and private.
