Baymont by Wyndham Houston Intercontinental Airport

The hotel was really nice. The lady that checked us in was nice. The rooms were what you except at a best western. Clean and spacious. The restroom was a little small but manageable. The parking was good when we can in. We also came back late 1am and there was still parking. Security in the parking lot was made clear. Felt safe walking from the back of the parking to the entrance. The breakfast okay a little cold but there was a microwave you could use to warm up the food, I think the food holder thing wasn’t or not working. Overall I would definitely stay here again,

We were disappointed with this hotel. They offer a shuttle service that did not deliver, after waiting 50 minutes for the shuttle after landing at the airport we ended up taking a taxi. $25 plus tip. Room was clean but very strong smell of cleaning agent. Comfortable bed.

I needed a room close to IAH as I was arriving after midnight. They had a 24 H.R. shuttle. Checkin was efficient. Room was clean, quiet everything was good. They had a reasonable breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I require a room by the airport.

This was one od the worst experiences we have ever had in a hotel. Floors had not been cleaned in the hallway or our room. The sink drain closure didnt work. There was long black hair on the toilet tank. The entire room smelled like mold or mildew. We felt that rhe room had some sort of water damage that covered up and not cleaned. We found mold or mildew on the painting and frame in the room and on the floor next to the bed. The bedding felt damp, there was dirt on one of the bedspreads. The man at the front desk seemed not concerned about us wanting a different room...he showed us an alternate room which smelled strongly of smoke. We got up extra early and couldnt wait to leave. Another couple who stayed also complained that their room smelled bad, and that they could hear the TV playing loudly in the lobby. We all left very early and wouldnt recommend this place.

While we had to request a different room due to an offensive odor in the first assigned room, we were pleased that we were moved to another room which did not have the offending order. Unfortunately, it seemed that a new television had been put in the room which we were moved to and had to go to check-in area to request a remote for the television. The person who assisted us was very helpful and even came to our room to program the remote for us. I would have preferred for their to be an icemaker on each floor. However, the elevators were quick and we had no issue accessing the icemaker on a lower floor. The bundled price to stay at this location and have parking was a good value. There is also a waffle house adjacent to property which is very convenient. We were a little disappointed in the time that the airport pickup shuttle came to pick us up at the airport. The first time we needed to be picked up, we waited for over 30 min and ended up taking a cab instead back to the hotel. Upon returning, we called and requested a pickup and the shuttle van again took over 30 min to pick up though we were told it would be approximately 15 min. Since we were returning from our trip, we didn't have a strong deadline to meet so we were able to wait longer than we preferred to. However, the driver was quite nice and assisted us with our bags. We were glad to find that our vehicle was in good shape and nothing had happened to it while we were away on our trip. We had never parked at a hotel for extended parking so we were reluctant to try it. We were pleased we had no issues when we returned to pick up our vehicle.

Needed a night at IAH Best Western nearest option apart from Marriott . Great price for simplicity. Good shuttle service and above all so clean with a friendly staff of hard workers. The beds were very comfortable.
