I regret to write that my experience at SKD Comport Hotel was extremely disappointing. Based on my stay, the hotel does not even deserve a one-star rating. It was evident that the room was not inspected by the staff before being assigned to a guest. The following issues made my stay highly unsatisfactory: • The Wi-Fi network was not available inside the room. • The hand spray (shattaf) was not working, and despite informing the staff, it was not repaired. • The air conditioning was ineffective; the temperature did not reach 22°C even after running all night. • There was constant machinery noise coming from the ceiling throughout the day, which was extremely annoying. • The washroom was dirty, and the sanitary fittings appeared as if they had never been cleaned. • The sofa and windows were covered in dust and had not been cleaned. • A hair dryer was not available. • There was no telephone or intercom in the room. • A mini fridge was not provided. The lack of basic amenities and cleanliness, ***** with poor maintenance, made the stay highly uncomfortable. Think twice before booking for this hotel rooms!!!!!

The skd comfort hotel at vidyanagar was poor hotel to stay. There were full tobacco's spitted on wall inside there was no proper bathroom fittings, heater not working & i have stayed here for 5 days (no refund will be provided) no room service like housekeeping done for 5 days. Beds & pillow are very dirty. The worst hotel i have ever stayed.
