This is an awesome elegant place with great location. We travelled from Singapore and booked 3 rooms, and everyone is very happy and impressed with the stay. Need to call (or weixin) in advance to arrange for a buggy transport into the village, helpful if you have heavy luggage! The service staff are friendly and approachable. They are thoughtful in providing tea souvenir when checking out. What mars the great experience was that on my return, realized to my horror that there is no tea in the Tea-box. So, carried a tea metal box across the ocean for nothing! Did not expect such a service slip for such a top-class hotel. Regardless, will still highly recommend this place if you plan to stay in the village.

The room was clean and brightly lit. The courtyard is beautiful. The service was friendly and helpful.Provide pick up and drop off service at bus station. Breakfast was delicious.

僅限景區西門停車場接送服務:民宿有電瓶車接送，很方便！還會幫忙提行李，細節做的很到位！ 伴手禮:臨走退房還送了我們茶葉和茶杯，很暖心！ 設施：精挑細選的民宿，沒失望，床品舒服，榻榻米很有安全感，很安靜説的很好！ 環境：景區裏面，去哪裡都很方便！ 臨時決定過來，時間匆忙，下次有機會一定多住幾天，好好體驗一下美麗的宏村！

可能是旺季，房間不便宜！雖然開在景區內，但還是得買門票的🎫 大堂和院子都很漂亮，特別是它家的院子蠻大的，很喜歡。但是房間的面積不大，單人床一邊是靠牆，而且床頭對着門，裏面還有很多地方有台階，沒有安全感。雙人房是複式的那種，樓上放一個類似榻榻米的床，對老年人很不友好！ 服務員態度都很好，電視是那種手機投屏的，比較先進，服務員會很耐心的告知，總體來説比較適合年輕人入住！

民宿在宏村景區裏面，穿過一條很窄的巷子就到了，裏面別有洞天，有一個園林式的大院子，綠植花草都修剪的很好很漂亮，水塘裏有魚，還有一個滑滑梯供小朋友玩，在園子裏坐着發發呆就很愜意。房間設施齊全，洗浴是科勒的衞浴產品是愛馬仕的，衞生間鋪的瓷磚很漂亮，看得出來民宿是經過精心設計的。前台負責的小姐姐一直笑意盈盈，每次進出都會打招呼，去停車場接我們的大叔服務很周到，打掃院子廚房幹活的大叔特別熱情。早餐是每人一份，品種豐富。住了兩晚，體驗很好。退房的時候還贈送了茶葉、杯子伴手禮。

宏村的酒店在攜程上選擇了好久，就因為選擇太多，最後定了這家，入住之後覺得非常滿意。管家式的服務，響應很快，洗護用品很贊，連洗手液，香薰的味道都很贊。更讚的是整個民宿的院子設計，從門口往裡走別有洞天，很美。
