Yunli Shansu (Huangshan Scenic Area Branch)

We had a wonderful stay at Yunli Shansu, which has a very kind owner. This place is closeby the entrance of the Huangshan mountain starting point and the owner kindly offered to drop us off there. He also arranged a transfer to the train station for us, which we greatly appreciated! Around the homestay there are mostly local restaurants and small supermarkets and it was a bit further from the other hotels in Tangkou. Nonetheless a great experience, would recommend to anyone!

The hotel was very nice and had very nice rooms overlooking the mountains. But what was most convincing was the friendliness of the hotel operator. This one brought me early in the morning at 06 o’clock to the transfer station of the Huangshan Scenic area and picked up again after writing a message. Just like when I wanted to go to the village in the evening. So it was even good that the hotel is a little outside the village. So you really have peace at night, but you are also in the middle of it in 5-10 minutes. He can also provide me with tips, recommendations and so on. I would come back anytime!

Everything was perfect. Room was amazing with a beautiful view, everything was spotless. Best hotel we stayed in China. The owner is the most hospitable person. He has helped us a lot. Thank you so much! Would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel with charming room. Room is clean with amenities provided. The owner arranged for transport to pick us up at the train station. He also kindly send us to take the shuttle bus to Huangshan the next morning. Though we did not book the room with breakfast, the owner kindly prepared breakfast for us in the morning and did not charge us. Breakfast is very homely and sufficient. We left our luggage behind for an overnight stay in the mountains. The owner arranged for our transport for our return to the train station and made sure the driver picked up our luggage. Definitely, a trusted and reliable hotel and owner. Near the hotel is Jiulong Waterfall, with some spectacular views. Get your tickets directly from the hotel at discounted rates.

This Yunli accommodation is highly recommended. We had a lovely time in Yunli. We totally enjoyed the owner's cooking. The owner served us delicious local breakfasts and dinners. We loved his cooking. One of the best. Mr Chen and his helper went all out to assist us. Thank you Yunli for making our Huangshan holiday an enjoyable and a memorable one.

Clean and neat interior. The owner dropped us to the bus station and back, arranged the taxi driver to the train station. Very welcoming atmosphere, and convenient location! ❤️❤️❤️
