The owners Pee Rat and daughter Boo are the most pleasant people you could meet, before they ran the Bird guesthouse just down the road overlooking the sea but unfortunately these premises have been pulled down.They now own and run K place which was perfect for our family of 4.Our room had patio doors leading to a balcony and small garden terrace overlooking the road and part sea views.Free tea and coffee supplied along with free water every day. Boo is very helpful and took care of all our needs, and took delivery of our new passports coming from Phetchabiri/Bangkok. Lovely and quiet in the evenings ensuring a good nights sleep ready to explore the town and beach on your doorstep. Pee Rat and her daughter are so hospitable and we will make K Place our no.1 choice in Hua hin, thankyou again for making our stay so nice,love Rob,Sunny and family xxx
