Very spacious. Be aware of the kitchen and the smoke alarm and everything is gonna be all right in your stay. 🤣🤣❤️❤️

The room was nice, but the amenities advertised were not available. The hallways looked dirty and felt humid, and the paid parking garage was not secure.

We stayed for only one night I was skeptical at first due to the mixed reviews but my group of 4 loved it. The location was excellent and walkable with various stores including cvs which was a plus. However, the late night manager was super rude to me over the phone even hanging up on me in the middle of me talking. I won’t let that take away from me liking the place, I would stay again.

I would of gave this hotel a 5 star all around it’s just that my first night my room AC was not working had to switch rooms but after that everything was great accommodation was met when I needed it staff at the front desk was awesome.

Loved my stay! The surrounding area was filled with lush green trees and gorgeous architecture, while also being in close proximity to the water wall and a few parks worth visiting with your family or your loved one for a quiet lunch. It wasn’t a big deal to me but I do mean to mention the entrance gate to the parking deck is cut off so you have to go in and out of the exit side.

Overaall stay was very nice. Had several issues but were immediately resolved by manager. Breakfast ok but ran out of items each morning. Im comparison with other hotels could stand some improvement. Coffee was always luke warm. Chloe was great and entire front desk staff. Thanks. Was trying to speak to one manager to thank her on having such a good staff and she walked off and let door close in my face. Pool was never cleaned during our stay.

I would not stay there again. The people at the front desk were all very nice . The place was very worn down . The parking lot was not safe , the doors slam very hard and loud. The breakfast was poor . I expected more from a Hyatt House hotel and was very disappointed over all .
