I loved the room overall, but definitely be more aware of what your stay entails, because I learned the hard way that the breakfast there was not complimentary, so it made for an un-necessary stressor, and the pool wasn't available to use, but I didn't have any advance notice - again, the room was as amazing as they promise, but make sure to ask the additional questions yourself to plan accordingly.

I arrived at the property and there was no room available in spite of having a confirmed paid reservation. This was absolutely horrible.

Front desk person was too notch. Room was clean. Shuttle was efficient. Close to the airport so you do hear planes all night

It is a very nice hotel, with free transportation to the airport. The man in the front desk is so kind. Everything is clean, they have cold water at the lobby and the restaurant is good.

Welcoming and friendly staff. Restaurant on site with vegetarian options. A shop with everything you need for a cancelled flight’s overnight stay. Not much dining or shopping options nearby.

We used this hotel on our way to Galveston for a cruise. The hotel itself was nice, clean and the staff was great. There's a 24-hr diner next door, and the hotel is about 10 min from IAH. The only downside is that it took 45 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. But the ride back to the airport was timely and the driver was friendly.

When we reached the property they informed us that they didn’t have a reservation.
After checking the system they said that the booking was cancelled 4 mins after it was booked.
I tried to find a number for ******* to call and talk but didn’t find one.
We had to book a new reservation

I liked that I could get good food at the hotel and did not have to leave. I really liked that I could leave my car at the hotel for a week and just pay for parking. . Also liked that the shuttle bus came every 30 minutes. Very comfortable room which was very clean a priority for me. A big tv was very nice too.
