I booked this hotel for a business trip on 07/15/24-07/16/24, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
The day before my arrival, I called to confirm my reservation and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The representative informed me their system was down and couldn't confirm my booking, promising a callback that never happened.
When I arrived, there was a huge line for check-in due to the ongoing system outage. I waited 2.5 hours for a room key. Staff were overwhelmed, and one gentleman found his room already occupied and was still waiting for a new room when I got my keys. I paid for one night but didn’t get access to my room until 10 PM. What did I pay for from 3 PM to 10 PM?
Once in my room, conditions were unacceptable. The Wi-Fi speed was 5 Mbps, cleanliness was subpar, and the AC wouldn’t turn off. Exhausted, I fell asleep immediately.
The next morning, the check-in chaos continued. This hotel’s service and management are severely lacking, and it doesn’t meet 4-star standards. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone.
I am requesting customer service team to get in touch with me. I can only hope that at least customer service will work properly. I will update on how it goes.
