The room was good but I was on the 9 th floor and the 9th and 8th floor the ice machine was broken. And no complementary water in the room. And water was 4 dollars a bottle.

The hotel is clean and appears well maintained. The staff were very helpful with any question and the breakfast is well worth the extra amount. I would recommend.

Everything was great for the most part! The only issue was one of the reading lights was not working and one of the switches was not turning on the lights by the fridge and closet area. Other than that just a minor inconvenience.

Very very clean hotel and room, comfy bed, parking lot security was nice, didn’t use any amenities or the bar/ Starbucks but was available if needed. We were on the 6th floor and the view was nice. I definitely recommend and will stay again!!

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is central to many areas and easy to get in and out of. I felt safe a secure with security in the parking lot full time. Love the option of a balcony room too. The balconies are spacious and private.

Great properly. Nice and clean. Room did not have a microwave. Housekeeping was a little loud in the hallway.

Called the property myself to get a hot tub, medical reasons. Hot tub was a bathtub with bubbles, NO jets! Asked for a room close due to a foot injury, got the other end of the hallway!!!
Room was clean, but air conditioner rattled all night and never cooled down.

I’ve stayed here before and had a frustrating experience but chose to try it again due to convenience of the location.
The staff at the desk and bar are incredibly nice and personable. No issues at all with that.
My issue was my room. The bed was uncomfortable but I could manage. It was the loud clanging sound from the air conditioner I’m assuming. It was horrible. Came on randomly and disturbed my sleep. I can hardly describe how awful and loud it was. I have recordings.
The walls are also paper thin. I could hear everything around me when the AC was sounding like it was going to explode.
The last day as I was getting ready a pretty big bug crawled out of the sink. That was disgusting.

Clean room. Comfy beds. Sustainable, essential oil-based bath products are a plus. Super nice shower. Bathroom sink faucet dripped. Adjustable, quiet A/C a plus. Limited food options. Can hear the noisy freeway all day/night. Mini fridge good. Nice to connect phone to TV with bluetooth to listen to own music.
