One night stay at heathrow after a flight. Emailed hotel the night before to ask for a nice view as it was my brothers birthday treat and he loved watching the planes. Had already booked a runway view room but some are on lower floors so more restricted. On arrival at the hotel they had upgraded us to a suite which was a really lovely gesture however we had booked a twin and the suite was a double. We asked for the sofa bed to be made up. After 4 visits to reception and a 5 hour wait, housekeeping finally made up the sofa bed. By this point we were extremely tired as we'd had a really long day so it did damper our experience a little. The birthday cake and note in the suite were a lovely touch. With the upgrade, we were given access to the executive lounge which has a great view over the runway to watch the planes. Drinks available all day with alcohol in the evening and canapés. Unlike every other executive lounge ive been to, the canapés were served plated to your table which seemed a little strange and also made the service very slow as the lounge was full. Also meant there was a higher level of wastage as people didnt want some of the selection. Based on this visit, I wouldn't book a room for the lounge access. There are much better hotels at the airport with better lounges if that's what your looking for. Beds were extremely comfortable. Lovely bathroom. Again, great view of the runway. Aircon wouldn't go below 20 which was a little annoying with how warm London is at the moment. Great selection at breakfast. Friendly staff. Delicious food. I would stay here again but wouldn't worry about access to the executive lounge as that was disappointing.

Wanted a runway view room before we departed the next day, wasn’t disappointed either great with great views. Lovely hotel as well and very close to the airport for dropping off

Came for the con at the weekend and all I can say how much experience I had . The hotel amazing and the staff are very helpful and service was well provided for in everything

Amazing and convenient hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast selection. Room is clean and spacious. Definitely coming back.

Always a favourite as it is easily accessible, has the shuttle bus to the terminals and does the best Buttered Chicken Curry in the restaurant!

Lovely hotel. Very convenient for visiting Shenyang, and close to shopping area as well as tourist spots. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the hotel is cosy and clean. Breakfast was great, and the laundry was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend 👍

Amazing hotel near terminal 5 airport

hotel location is good, only few mins away from Heathrow airport terminal 3, but you need to pay the shuttle bus ticket around £3-6.8. Hotel bedroom was good and B’fast varieties were ok too.

Very nice rooms and helpful front desk reception rooms are clean and 5 minute drive to heathrow terminal 3 would recommend
