We chose this hotel to be close to important meetings in the area. Terrible stay. NOISY and smelly! Families live here crammed in small rooms. We were on the 6th floor awaken everyday by slamming doors. Screaming kids running up and down the corridor, going from one room to another. It only quiet down once they were off to school. Also smelly due to the fact that these families cook in their rooms. We complained at the reception but nothing was done about it.

Excellent service and food. Quick and fast check in, excellent speedy service with drinks and food. Food was delivered very promptly and was very good! Thank you Dinesh and Jay for all your help. Great service and hospitality! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

I stayed at Feltham Travelodge in the month of February. Bimla, Natsya and Mac were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. They made me feel comfortable and their friendly hospitality was very welcoming. This was my 2nd visit in the last 6 months, and would recommend staying here for train/bus links and neighbouring towns such as Richmond. Thank you Feltham Travelodge for a great experience. Hina

Situated just around the corner from the police station who are kept very busy. Regular siren output four times a night. The reception parking scan code leads you to a gaming site and you are down £60 in no time, without knowing it. Possibly misrepresentation when the receptionist directs you to it. If you see thinking of a business trip, forget it. You can always buy a six pack and crack them open with the guests though....and anytime of night

Reception staff Irene and Jay were so helpful after we had had a challenging journey. Please give more info about where to park, how to get there and how to get parking discount. It was not available on the booking confirmation and the postcode took us to a dead end

At a Travelodge you expect basic facilities but I also expected a certain level of cleanliness and I was very disappointed! I stayed here 1 night for a work event, if I had booked this hotel for longer I wouldn't have stayed.

The staff are very welcoming and are happy to help in every way, they are polite and happy always smiling, the hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast is always lovely and the lady who does the breakfast is such a lovely woman so thank you to all at the feltham branch

Really nice clean place with exceptional friendly staff. Loved it there. The price as well was very competitive and reasonable. Will be back for sure. The rooom has everything and all clean. The noise was non existent and all in all i had nice quiet sound night

Travel lodge based in a really good location, close to shops, takeouts and supermarkets and car parks which made our stay a lot easier, Dinesh and Ann were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as lovely as possible, would highly recommend this travel lodge

It's obviously not meant to be the Ritz but is a decent place to stay with no problems. Breakfast room is a tad small but ok and the food was {surprisingly} nice. Good shower and comfy bed with all being clean.

Terrible,double bed promised, two kids singles pushed together with kids bedding for fully grown adults, one tea bag each, one pillow each, mattresses past their best, tv no signal and broken remote, very noisy location, expensive parking, lots of noise in the corridor through the night and morning, a very forgettable hotel

The heating was really bad. There was a lot of noise. Can hear other people phone ring. Kids screaming and playing in the corridor. And our cards never seeming to work, constantly visiting reception. We’d get to reception and there would be no one on desk. We would leave to get food and not be able to gain entry back in. The lift was also making concerning sounds.

Had a lovely stay at travelodge all the staff was amazing had lovely time housekeeping staff was very helpful and room was very clean n tiddy all amenities were close by to each other reception staff was very helpful Bimla natasia Ann anji very helpful n kind I had amazing stay thank you
