The environment of the hotel can be described as extremely pleasant, and the service is also extremely thoughtful and considerate. The room is even more magnificent and exquisitely beautiful. The feeling of soaking in the hot spring is really extremely comfortable and pleasant. However, the chair that is directly facing the window really makes people feel extremely uncomfortable. It is really stiff, and the back of the chair is pitifully short, and it simply cannot give the due support to the head and neck.

Một người lớn tuổi trong gia đình tôi đã bị vấp ngã khi đi vệ sinh vào giữa đêm. Bạn phải cẩn thận vào ban đêm. 3. Hầu hết khách hàng là người Nhật. Về thanh toán, họ chỉ có thể thanh toán bằng tiền mặt hoặc bằng thẻ Visa hoặc Master. Không thể sử dụng thẻ UnionPay ở đây. 4. Một điều cuối cùng cần đặc biệt chú ý là cửa phòng. Right outside the hotel there is a bus stop and access to the property is convenient (but I drive from Sapporo anyway). The room overall condition met expectation although I am quite disappointed that they only assign me to the second floor, and literally people from outside can see me if I don’t lower the blinds. There are 4 solo onsen rooms available for private use and it is recommended that the usage time stays at 40 mins. For the onsen, the public one is good although it is relatively small, and can be crowded sometimes. Overall, you come to Jozankei because you want to escape from the hustle and bustle and I enjoy my time there. But consider how much I pay for the room and board with virtually no view, there are plenty options out there that could get the most bang from the bucks. Verdict: Nice ambience but not worth for money

I chose this hotel specifically for its private bath, only to discover that reservations must be made 2-3 months in advance via email/phone call. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. 房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

We only had 1 night to stay in this beautiful paradise 🥲🤍 It was the best stay of our 10 day trip in Japan and we would definitely be back to stay here again 🤍 Location: in the Jozankei Onsen town that’s about an hour + out of Sapporo. Honestly if you’re in a group, just book a cab out, it was about $80++ for 3 of us! Otherwise remember to book the Onsen bus shuttle early in advance 🥹 Area around Onsen is nothing much besides other Onsen houses, a small cafe and other smol tourist picture spots. Back to the Ryokan: this was my first experience being in one and I’m so glad I chose this place! Mum and sister throughly enjoyed it as well, using our in room Onsen ( there’s 2!) and also the shared common Onsen with an outdoor facing the snow too ❄️☃️♨️ Service:The staff was extremely polite and efficient, seeing the reviews of them being rude was kinda uncalled for. They were nothing but kind and attentive. It is a very quiet and peaceful place , I understand the need for all guests to be maintain the atmosphere too. Food: amazing, one of the best meals I’ve had in Japan so far ♥️ the pictures below speaks for itself 🥹 private dining room to enjoy the view too🏔️ Loved small touches too like the mikimoto soaps , Dyson hair dryers ( in the public Onsen) And the chopstick souvenirs 🥹 I can’t wait to come back here again with my partner 🤍

Nhân viên lễ tân khách sạn rất nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi đến khách sạn hơi muộn. Khi vào phòng, nệm tatami đã được trải sẵn! Có một chai nước tinh khiết lớn trong tủ lạnh của khách sạn để khách sử dụng miễn phí! Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt, cách Cầu treo Futami, một thắng cảnh ở Jozankei khoảng 1,1 km. Suối nước nóng Jozankei rất gần và có thể đi bộ đến. Điều đáng tiếc duy nhất là đội ngũ khách sạn cũng vậy. nhiều khách du lịch, hầu hết đến từ Hàn Quốc, Nhật Bản và Đông Nam Á! Bữa tối tự chọn hơi khó hiểu! Rất ồn ào! Ngoài ra còn có nhiều người đến suối nước nóng♨️ vào ban đêm. Những khách thích sự yên tĩnh và đồ ăn Nhật không nên ở khách sạn này!

”Renovated (uneven), great onsen, convenient location” Most of the hotel’s facilities were recently renovated, so they felt new and beautiful. However, only some of the rooms had been updated. Our room was older—not too old, but slightly disappointing compared to the pretty new lobby. That said, it was clean. Our room was near several Chinese tourists who often talked in the corridor, but it was quiet at night. Buffet dinner and breakfast were included. The food was okay—good compared to other countries, but average compared to other Japanese hotels. The onsen was excellent, with multiple pools at different temperatures, including cold baths and an open-air onsen (though partially enclosed due to the hotel’s location). There was a lounge area with free soft drinks and massage chairs before entering the onsen. A table tennis area was also available, though in the basement and a bit hot, so we didn’t play. The reception spoke limited English but tried their best to communicate. There was also a self-service coffee machine in the lobby with a lounge area to relax. The hotel’s location was very convenient: close to the bus stop, with convenience stores nearby. During our summer visit, the illumination event was walkable from the hotel.
