Hotel is under renovation. Very disturbance. Ac not working. Should not book this hotel until the renovation work is done.

We had booked this hotel for its proximity to the railway station. We reached after few days exhausting sightseeing of Badami and Hampi. The stay was most relaxing here. Big comfy bed in huge room. AC TV functioning perfectly. Room service Reception staff all are above 4-5 star establishments. Our returning journey train was much delayed and the hotel management was very courteous and let us stay longer in the room at no extra charge which is nowadays exceptional in hotel industry. We were extremely happy with the stay here. The group has other properties at Bangalore and Madikeri; we surely will use them and we highly recommend Ananya Comfortss in Hospet to seniors families and couples for excellent location service and hospitality!!

Food average, rooms below par as compared to tarrif, the only silver lining is the staff who are courteous & cooperative.

Good place, walkable distance from rail and busstand. Little overpriced but loker facility and safety is gauranteed for solo travalers.

The lodge is neat and clean with lift, parking,24 hours hot water,nearby KSRTC Bus stand and HOSAPETE Railway station. Staff are courteous and allowed my check in early at 6 AM. I suggest all lodges in HOSAPETE to provide 24 hours of checkin and checkout time as it's an international tourist spot, tourist visit throughout the year, failing which it's an harassment to them,who come from far-off places to visit this historically legendary place. I give the hotel five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room has cockroaches. They have phones in room, but defunct. You have to reach out reception through a mobile which doesn't always work. They gave only one hanger in wardrobe. Bathrooms have watermarks and look a bit shabby. I had to scout for their cleaning person to ask them to dry the bathroom after cleaning, which they forgot. On the positive side they have good restaurants in surrounding. It used to be a good hotel 5 years back when i stayed earlier. Now it is managed and maintained poorly.

We had a great stay at ananya comfortss. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathrooms were clean and we had hot water when needed

The location of the property was good. It was at the city centre and there were many options for eating nearby. The rooms were well maintained, clean and in good condition.

All the staff helpfull, well maintained no complementary services only 12hrs stay, food not tasted.
