Premier Inn Bolton (Stadium/Arena)

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were welcoming, polite, and always happy to help. My room was clean and comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. Despite the hotel being quite busy, it was peaceful and quiet, with no disturbances at all. The location is ideal—right across the road from Bolton Wanderers Stadium, which is perfect if you're attending an event. There's also a large retail park just five minutes away by car, with shops, a cinema, and plenty of food options. Plus, if you fancy something close by, there’s a Harvester restaurant conveniently located right next to the hotel.

Gill and Nancy on reception are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble and they like a laugh aswell, stayed for 3 weeks for work and they both made our week.i asked for a room away from work colleagues as I like an early night whilst the work colleagues liked to go over to the harvester for a few drinks

Excellent hotel, easy to book, large car park which is a good start. Check in very professional and friendly, all staff very helpful and cheerful, clean comfortable rooms great bathrooms, breakfast served until 11.00 great for the weekend. Excellent value.

We use premier Inn a lot for business and pleasure but this is BY FAR the best we have stayed in. Sarah and Gill on reception are fabulous….really hard working and remember things from our previous trips. The other staff are always helpful and all are willing to go the extra mile. Every premier inn should visit here to see how customer service should be done. An absolute gem in the premier inn crown!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly Lianne and Gill. The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious - perfect poached eggs - thanks to chefs Bearta and Kirsty. Excellent location near retail park and easy to access.

Fantastic hotel Best premier inn i have here stayed inn by far. Very clean and tidy, Comfortable beds and the new look is great. Staff are the Superb, specially Kirsty, lianne, Gill, Bearta and Chy. Keep up all your hard work, you are much appreciated Thanks Gene
