My stay is amazing. The hotel staff was very accommodating and very warm welcoming!! Loved my stay staff was always willing to help when needed! Thank you for the stay will be returning!

The front desk Woman was extremely nice and very helpful, the queen suite with a bedroom was really nice. Like a small apartment, very surprised still how big it was. It dod need a good wipe down sum sticky stuff on counters and dressers but other than that i REALLY likes the place and front desk people. Definitely will be returning there soon.

Power trip

I asked for a late checkout and they were very accommodatinv and did not even charge me. Exceptionsl service !!!!

My stay wasn’t pleasant. The staff need training on being professional in a work setting with customer service. People running in and outta the hotel as if it’s an upgraded motel. My room was NOT as clean. Staff can come in your room without a notice. I asked for assistance and did NOT get any for someone who booked a 5 day stay. I reached out to the supervisors no one followed up during my stay or as of yet. My 1st & my last booking there. Thx

I like the convenience of the location of the property. I did not like the shower. The drain clogged and water flooded the bathroom since it was a handicapped roll in shower. A small mound hill was built into the floor at the shower entrance. It seemed unsafe especially if the floor is wet.

Checked into a room.that smelled like cigarettes, we immediately left and asked for another room . They kindly gave us a much better smelling room . Shortly after we start to smell smoke in bed again . All wondown are closed and air is on . All night its came and went . Could not breathe . Its a shame they didnt even reach out tomme after i left the front desk my number before i wrote this truthful review . I didnt care as much but my girlfriend was not happy

There was no hot water in the shower. When I complained to the front desk, the front desk attendant just shrugged and said "yeah I dunno what's up with the water."

It was a good, clean, updated room, and everything worked fine. I was puzzled because I was asked to sign two pages of single-spaced rules about what I was not allowed to do in the room. One rule was: no cooking in the room, under any circumstances. The room had a KITCHEN.

This room 217 was not up to par; the shower head was broken, then curtain rod were hanging by on half of the screws required under kitchen sink was warped and falling apart. Dishes and utensil are few and far between. However it is obvious they are renovating the rooms one by one.

The rooms aren't as clean as they could be. The first room I had smelled like smoke and I had to be transferred.

I loved the comfort of this place! This will be where I stay every time I’m in PA!!

We enjoy staying here as it is conveniently located near my son's house. The facilities are updated and clean!

When taking a shower in the bathroom, the water flow is very small.
