Pros: The room is spacious and clean, and it's very close to LGW. There is also a paid shuttle bus service that runs regularly. Cons: During my stay, the shower gel by the bathtub was almost finished.

Great location, helpful staff, delicious and reasonable food, good shuttle service

Beautiful & clean facilities, nice strong hot shower over bath. Comfortable bed with various pillows to choose from & extra towels in the wardrobe. Enough lighting from lamps around the room & good view of the carpark to check on our vehicle. Located 20 mins from North Terminal Gatwick via shuttle bus (£4 each) runs every 15 mins. Full English cooked breakfast available with black pudding as well as pastries, continental options too. Front desk (Danny) was super helpful & answered all our questions for an early start to catch our flight. Car was safe in their carpark for 4 days (£20 per day) & easy to get back to via the shuttle bus. Would definitely stay here again.

A great hotel for flying out of gatwick. We got the bus hoppa. £19 return to the airport. It goes straight to the door. We found a Greggs near to the hotel by the gas station. Which was handy for breakfast.

Okaish. Room ok for two, a bit squashed for family. Good breakfast with very efficient italian head waitress. Location convenient for flights to from LGW or even for visiting london (Thameslink train return off peak with contactless between 20 and 25 pounds, but you may find advance purchase family tickets for less). Take account that you will need shuttle hotel hoppa at about 5 pounds each way, but also here family return about 20.

The hotel management is not good and when you book the room it'll show you can get a refund if you cancel within some time limit but when you do the reply of email is so rude and you cannot cancel the booking. When you apply for a refund through email they reply rudely in a negative manner. Also they need a deposit in cash and if you pay deposit by card you cannot get refund immediately, it'll take 4 weeks for deposit refund. You won't get booking refund and you cannot cancel the booking at any time.

Tv remote was missing, carpet had a big yellow stain and the shower wasn’t the best. The staff on the other hand were fantastic.

Just a hotel to stay if you arrive late or depart early from Gatwick Airport. There is a bus service by Hoppa Company picks up drops to airport from front of hotel 8.50 pound round trip or 5pound one way.

Absolutely fabulous reception and bar/restaurant staff. The place was immaculate, extremely friendly, ideal for the airport. Absolutely perfect for our stay. Just cannot fault this hotel and the amazing team they had on duty when we stayed. I am really trying to find a negative or nit pick at least one thing and its really not possible. They have hospitality nailed. I am in hospitality and always find something to find a little fault with but not on this occasion. Highly recommend.

Room was clean but a bit outdated especially the bathroom, the shower was good, water hot, shampoo & body lotion supplied, Towels soft, Fridge, Kettle with tea & coffee, bed was comfortable, good size TV and the room was quiet, didn’t hear a sound. Breakfast was especially good, plenty to choose from in a nice restaurant setting.

Good accommodation for traveller waiting for the flight in Gatwick Airport. The hotel is big and room is clean. I have a great night with friends while waiting for the flight.

We had a good time here, we just arrived from the longest flight and most stressful airport experience and were able to rest it all off, the location is good, there’s a few convenience stores around. Very easy to get to from the airport!

My travel plans changed and I was no longer able to use this booking. I contacted the hotel a month in advance but they refused to do anything to help. They could have offered a credit note, to change the date, or even just to cancel the booking so that somebody else could use the room, but they prefer to keep the room empty. What a backward attitude!
