這個酒店太垃圾了，電影的野蠻***，我就穿個內褲一個勁兒的砸門，告知我11點必須退房，我説辦理入住的時候沒有告知我11點退房，請給我30分鐘時間，我收拾一下行李，他語氣非常不好的告訴我，我衹給你5分鐘時間，收拾好你的行李離開，我晚了十分鐘，找了個園丁大漢來驅趕我，我滴媽呀，真是第一次住這樣的酒店。

Service was perfect staff were lovely and friendly they couldn't do enough for you. Food was out of this world. Surroundings and facilities were amazing. What a gem of a place, very hidden and special. Can't find one fault. Stayed in family suite with friends was a great size for my birthday.

We spent three very happy days at LoseHillHouse hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. All the staff are very helpful. We hope to go again.

Great 2 night stay, if only weather had been a bit better. Lovely staff who were kind enough to adjust dishes for us picky eaters. Lovely setting. Would certainly return.

We are celebrating our 46th wedding anniversary visiting from Canada. Everything was perfect about Losehill house. The Dining experience was wonderful. The food was exquisite, the service exemplary. Can't say enough. Only wish it was closer to home. Thanks for a lovely experience.

Breath taking location, very warm and professional reception. The room I had was a little dated but very clean. The spa facilities were lovely and treatments devine. The Loosehill taster menu was an experience and the best flavours every to hit my mouth. All the staff were lovely and helpful. The guests at my time of staying were all very lovely. I lost my partner a year to the date I stayed there and did not want to be in the house to mark the event. Loosehill made the event a smooth journey, thankyou x

Our third stay here but the first in quite a few years. Still wonderful. The staff are all exceptionally helpful, smiling and chatting to everyone both on reception and in the restaurant. Our room (12) has the most stunning view which you can enjoy while lying in bed. The food was superb. Beautifully cooked and presented both at dinner and breakfast. The sauna with a view was a new and welcome addition to the spa facilities and we made great use of the hot tub. Genuinely couldn't find fault with anything and if we had gone for one of the cheaper rooms it would have been very good value. But worth spoiling yourself for that view!
