We had a comfortable stay. It’s a good place to stay considering its price.

My room was in the concrete basement. It had an old musty smell to it. The carpet was very old and dirty and quite possibly the source of the odour. There were chips out of the drywall.
While the bedding and towels were clean, there was no toilet paper (none at all, none on the roll and none in the room) and no Kleenex or paper towel. You can imagine that personal hygiene was challenging.

Sagging mattress, worn carpet, dated decor.

Good location, parking, easy access to room, staff friendly.
Room in need a new carpet (s), no shower curtain in bath. Bedside lamp did not work.

It was our second time staying. Sent an email to the hotel advising concerns. To be told they are renovating etc. didn’t excuse the fact that the room was beyond unsatisfactory for a guest to stay in. We will not be staying here again…..

Sounds like there’s zero sound proofing.
Stay upstairs if possible but still hearing conversations and showers from the neighbour.
Front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

A great stop along the way during a long trip. Nothing overly fancy, but the right place at the right time. I will be back.

We were on our way to a concert in Vancouver and they let us get our hotel key on our way bye early which was very convenient for us, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast and the main hotel could use a renovation but the room was clean and very comfortable sleep. Was nice and quiet and we fell asleep fast. There was a refrigerator in the room and that was convenient for us since we were coming from grande cache, AB.
