Small rooms if you travel with big luggage. Cleaning should be immensely improved, bathroom walls are very dirty, room full of dust in shelves and under the bed. Comfortable bed and welcoming staff. I would recommend it if cleaning is improved since location is great. Note that renovation is undergoing so no gym, laundry or breakfast available.

Very small room but decent for one. Definitely would struggle with two people. There is no desk or chair or wardrobe space. No real place to put luggage. But great location

Perfect location in HK central. The room is small but okay for weekend stay.

Room was ok but the cups were dirty when we arrived, the wallpaper is peeling and there's evident mold in some parts of the room. Not a bad stay but a bit overpriced for what it is

Convenient location, you can walk to Central, well served by public transport. Rooms are good, some bigger than other. Gym is a bit "strange" on the same space as the reception and the laundry.....

Unbeatable location! Close to shops, restaurants and Sheung Wan MTR. Hotel is old, but room was clean. Common areas could use a bit of upgrades and organizing, but location makes up for everything

Hotel was in a good location not far from the MTR and surrounded by plenty of shops. Room was clean apart from some hair in the shower and some stains on the shower floor. Hotel has plenty of amenities and snacks in the room that are not outrageous prices. Always had a good stay at Ovolo hotels, will certainly try and stay here or one of the other branches again in the future.

Worst place ever visited. The room smells, bathroom very dirty, towels smell. Just bad!

It was my first time staying here at The Sheung wan by Ovolo. I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel was conveniently located. It was very close to both Sheung wan and even central mtr. Lots of good restaurants around the hotel. Also, it was located in a safe neighbourhood. Besides, the hotel staff was fairly friendly. But the room was a bit disappointing. The size of the room was a bit underwhelming. It was quite small and cramped. The interior design was lovely but really a tad too tiny. Overall, it was satisfactory, but the room size was really not up to par.

Lovely room in an unbeatable location. The only thing we didn’t like was the bright lights on the ceiling from the smoke detector.

I would stay somewhere else unless you like paper thin walls where you can hear other people constantly throughout the night. We had the worst stay and were constantly woken up all night for 3 nights. All we heard we people opening and closing doors and their conversations and loud noises of other guests dropping things or loving things around throughout the night. I travel to HK monthly and compared to others, this is absolutely subpar. The location is good and the rooms are relatively clean though. Just couldn’t stand all the noise.

Location is among plenty of restaurants and shops. However, it is a bit far away from Central's business centre.
