I came there at 12 pm with hoping for a solution to the current issue and receiving support from you. However, this did not happen, I lost the whole day waiting for a decision, and in the end I was refused a change in the booking date from the 19th to the 18th. The service provided by your hotel needs serious improvement, and since you refused to change the date, and the funds paid for my stay were lost. All impressions of the trip to Hong Kong were crossed out by your team, in fact, you literally left me on the street before the flight home. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
