This is a beautiful condominium on the top floor of the El Capitan. It's also an end unit so the natural light (and views) from the additional side windows is a plus. The views of the Ocean, Boardwalk, Pier, etc from the beach front balcony are spectacular! From the upper bedroom you can clearly see Assateague Island and the Verrazano Bridge leading to it. With binoculars or a telescope you can even see the wild horses! This is a split level condo which features 2 bedrooms (1 on each floor which is perfect for privacy) as well as a pull-out couch to sleep an additional 2. It also has 2 full bathrooms complete with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully appointed with a dining area as well as a breakfast counter and stools. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with TV and internet. Our electronic lock means no fumbling for keys or needing to meet with a property manager to check in. A unique code will be provided directly from your VRBO account to access and lock the door during the entire time of your stay. The code is only active from your check-in date and expires automatically on your last day. Very convenient for multiple guests who need access at different times of the day or for the kiddos, etc. We are constantly updating the unit with improvements such as furnishings and we just added multiple USB charge stations all over the condo for all of your devices. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom!
