No Steps and Handicap accessible parking.Beautifully furnished 3 bedrooms, two bath condo with a bright airy interior and tastefully furnished. The living room has a 42-inch flat-screen TV with DVD/VHS COMBO, Ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room, and wireless internet. The master bedroom boasts one king bed, 32-inch flat-screen tv, a walk-in closet, a private bathroom with a garden tub/shower, and access to the screened porch. The second bedroom also contains one king bed and a 32" flat-screen TV. The third bedroom contains two twin beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. One of the bathrooms has laundry space with a full-size washer/dryer. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LINENS. A very spacious 1st floor condo located in the beautiful community of Sea Trail. The floor plan features an open adjoining fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area with views of the golf course. The master bedroom is privately located off the main area of the condo with private bath. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds with a private bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and a sink. This bedroom also has a Love seat sofa. The bathrooms have towels for use in the condo only. Guests should bring their own beach towels. There are three flat panel televisions in the condo to enjoy. Linens and towels are provided for you during your stay. Starter rolls of toilet paper and paper towels are provided as well as a few laundry pods. Guests are requested to replenish. There is central air and heat, cable, wifi, and a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take some time to relax and enjoy the all weather screened in porch that overlooks Hole #16 of the William Byrd designed golf course. Sea Trail is home to 3 championship courses, driving range and practice area. Other nearby courses- The Pearl, Ocean Ridge, Oyster Bay, Thistle and River Edge plus many more are within 10 miles. Sunset Beach has local shops, seafood markets, bookstores, boutiques, art and gift shops as well!
