Each detail in the home was hand selected to fit the home's funky charm theme, and to make this home the ideal place to kick back after a day exploring or to simply relax in the Florida sun. The open floor plan creates a perfect space for families and friends to gather. The living room, kitchen, and dining room flow together leading to the covered patio lounging area. The oversized backyard is fully fencedRainy day? No problem! Guests can enjoy our home inside playing board games, cards, or relaxing while watching a movie on our 65-in TV in the living room. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV with access to Netflix and other major streaming apps.The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and appliances, including a Nespresso maker (pods included), tea kettle (with tea), toaster, blender, and more.We even have a Doggie Station that has toys, paw wipes, treats, and waste bags for when you bring your furry friend!Each of the 3 bedrooms are newly furnished and provide plenty of natural light (or you can use the blackout curtains if that's more your speed). Two bedrooms are equipped with a King Bed with brand new luxury bedding. The bonus room has a Queen Bunk Bed with a Foosball Table. A dedicated home office workspace is located in one of the guest bedrooms.
