This condo is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City literally close to absolutely everything! You are only 1-2 blocks away from Gateway, City Creek, Temple Square, Vivint Arena, Capitol Theatre, the Utah Symphony, as well as numerous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. And only a three to five minute walk to the Salt Palace Convention Center (only a block away). The SLC International Airport is only 8 minutes away and can be accessed, if needed, through UTA’s Trax located across the street. If traveling with a car, there is a gated parking lot next to the building with a dedicated covered parking spot for the duration of your stay. For all the skiers out there, this Condo is only 25-35 minutes to many of the world's most renowned ski resorts such as Canyons, Park City, Deer Valley, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude. The Warehouse Condo was built in 1910 and was originally operated as a grocery warehouse that was later converted to a toy shop called Twirl Town Toys. In 1997 it was again converted into loft condos. The uniqueness of this building will not go unnoticed. With its red brick exterior and rustic brick, timber and exposed ducts interior, it has a very cool industrial feel. Welcome Home! This stunning property boasts 4 Full Baths (2 have steam showers), 4 bedrooms each with a king or queen bed, Office (also with a queen bed). Bright & beautiful 1 bedroom downtown condo with full bath, laundry & kitchen. 20 mins on Trax from the SLC airport. Easy walk to Temple Square, Salt Palace Convention Center, City Creek Mall and Vivint SmartHome Arena. Professionally cleaned every time. A cozy, peaceful, great downtown spot!There is a coffeemaker and a microwave in the kitchen. The living area includes a TV with Netflix, YouTube TV and Disney+, DVD player and misc movies. High-speed wireless internet is included. The bathroom comes stocked with blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face soap and clean towels. You will also find detergent and dryer sheets on top of the washing machine if you need to do some laundry!Guests have access to the whole condo. There is one secured parking space, and a short walk to public transportation (Trax and bus line). Temple Square and City Creek mall are within walking distance 2 blocks away. The condo is very close to I-15 with easy access to ski resorts in less than 40 minutes (such as Park City or Cottonwood Canyon).There is a Smartlock on the door, so you can check in at your convenience! The code is changed between each guest, so you can trust you will be safe and secure during your stay. Generally speaking this is a very popular space with around 100% occupancy, so check in is after 3pm and check out is before 11am in order for the cleaners to prepare for the next guest. But if you need to check in earlier or check out later please contact me and we can work something out!I love this place! It's in a fantastic, charming Salt Lake City neighborhood. Right at the edge of downtown, it feels quiet and peaceful while still being close to the energy of the city.Five minute walk to downtown Salt Lake City. One block from the BLUE & GREEN Trax line- the closest stop is the Temple Square Station.The Green Trax line takes about 20 minutes and is very easy to maneuver. It's a few dollars for a one-way, direct trip from the Airport to the condo.Salt Lake City is a pretty conservative town and the other tenants are sensitive to the smell of smoke in or near the building. If you would like to smoke I would just ask that you do so farther away than you normally might.
