This condo complex is comprised of year-round residents, seasonal residents, and renters like yourselves. The complex is comprised of ten buildings, with four units per building. Every other building offers coin laundry in the basement, available to all residents and renters. We STRONGLY ADVISE that parties, gatherings, or groups may not be most comfortable in our condo. We ask all of our guests to be respectful and mindful of the downstairs neighbors who are friendly, kind, and welcoming year-round residents. Our condo is best suited for small families or adults seeking a quiet getaway.
