Because our home is a two family home, we decided to remodel and furnish the other side and also give this a try! After many late nights and early mornings of remodeling, here it is! We want to thank anyone in advance for checking out our listing and/or booking with us! We pride ourselves in being cleaner than a hotel, and providing one of Airbnb's best experiences!This two family home resides on just under three acres of beautiful lawn and garden which make for great early morning coffee and late night cocktails. We are surrounded by a small woods and fields that stretch for many miles and make for great views.This house is laid out uniquely with the kitchen, bedroom, living room and half bath on the lower floor. On the upper floor, you will find a master bedroom with a queen, a second bedroom with a queen and a very spacious full bathroom with a shower/bathtub. Nice large areas and walkways make it nice for larger groups. While we have enough beds for 8 people, arrangements can be made for more people that are willing to bring cots, sleeping bags, blow up mattresses, etc...Additional cleaning fee of $75 (PER PET) per week for pets. Host can adjust fee after booking. Please make us aware of pet upon booking.Guest accessThe house, the lawn, the fire pit, all the yard furniture! :)Other things to noteCheck out by 9:00 am. Sometimes checking out or in later or earlier is allowed based upon other bookings. Amenities include, a coffee pot, silverware, place settings, pots and pans, toaster, and microwave. Be sure to bring you own condiments! :) Additional beds can be provided upon request. The 55 Samsung Smart TV with a DVD player makes the guest house a great place for entertaining anytime. The pellet stove and outdoor bonfire give the feeling of warmth and coziness. The flowers and landscaping add additional charm and create a stress free atmosphere. With Plymouth being conventionality located nearby, grocery shopping, restaurants, and other attractions are just minutes away.Additional cleaning fee of $75 (Per Pet) per week for pets. Host can adjust fee after booking.Guest accessGuests have full access to the guest house as well as the full 2.5 acre property. The property has an area for bonfires late at night and a deck for coffee in the early morning. The guest house has a one car attached garage which can be used if needed.Other things to noteWe do supply towels, bar soap, shampoo, and conditioner.We also supply salt, pepper, coffee and creamers, but do not supply any food or seasonings, so be sure to pack whatever you like! :)Distance to Kohler is 10 minutes or 12.5 MilesDistance to Sheboygan is 18 Minutes or 15.1 MilesDistance to Fond du lac is 35 minutes or 26.2 milesRECOMMENDATIONS: Our favorite pizza place is Deo Malley's Pizza right in Plymouth! (5 Minute Drive) We also like Three Guys and a Pizza in Elkhart Lake. (10 Minute Drive) They are famous for their grilled pizza. One of our other favorites is a bit further (40 minute drive) which is The Courthouse Pub in Manitowoc.Hiking? Check out the Ice Age Center In Dundee either online or in person.
