Docks on Ole River is a quiet and family friendly bayside condo. The condo complex offers a large swimming pool, fish cleaning table, outdoor grilling/seating area, and fishing pier. This cozy 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is perfect for a getaway. The condo can sleep 8 comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bunk bed. Living space offers a full size pull out sofa. There is a spacious balcony overlooking the bay with the most beautiful sunsets. The condo is fully stocked with kitchen amenities and washer/dryer. Provided is the initial starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry soap. The complex is 0.5 miles away from the public beach access. The complex is also close to the Perdido Key State Park. There is boat/trailer parking at the front of the complex. The complex does not have a boat ramp, however, there are public boat ramps nearby.
