This little cozy Early century cottage is across the street from Crooked Lake and steps away from the Petoskey-Mackinaw Bike Trail. This bike trail is over 50 miles long and you have your own private entrance. There are two beaches, a fish hatchery, and many shops and restaurants just a bike ride away! If you're visiting in the winter the trail is fantastic for cross country skiing or if you have a snow mobile, you have your own private entrance to the trails. You also have two great marinas less than a mile away with boat, paddle board, and kayak rentals.The property has its own fun little pond full of frogs and small fish and is truly a Northern Michigan treasure. The property is only 10 minutes from the area ski resorts, as well as downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs and surrounded by area golf courses. This cottage has been completely remodeled with new everything sparring no expense, this is truly a beautiful Northern Michigan cottage loaded with rustic charm while having all of the modern advantages and comforts. We have outdoor dining table BBQ grill and fire pit for those Summer Time Days and Nights in Northern Michigan!We have this home fully stocked with everything you will need to enjoy your stay. Full linens, coffee, kitchen wares, laundry, and supplies, grill and much more! Just bring your smiles and desire for relaxation.The property is only 10 mins from downtown Petoskey, 10 minutes from down town Harbor springs, 8 miles from Boyne Highlands and Nubs Nob, 30 minutes from Mackinaw City and the Mackinaw Island Ferry.
