This beautifully renovated, 1800s era, 4 bedroom home features all the comforts of home, with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, small fenced backyard, and lots of living space.The first floor has an open concept, with the foyer/living room, dining room and kitchen all flowing together. There is also a half bath and the laundry facilities on the first floor.The second floor consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 of which each have a queen bed and the third has 2 twin beds. Also on the second floor is a full bath.The third floor is a large loft space with a full bed, a dresser for storage, and an air mattress and blankets for additional sleeping room for larger groups/families.PLEASE NOTE: the third floor is only accessible through the master bedroom.We do not have off street parking here, however, there is free street parking and the N. Queen Street parking garage is several hundred feet away so that's a great option if finding a spot on the street is a problem.Our place is close to Central Market, Fulton Theater, Lancaster General Hospital, Prince Street Cafe, and so much more. You’ll love our place because of the convenience of the location, close to all that Lancaster City has to offer.
