Our second-floor unit is spacious with vaulted ceilings and an air-condition unit in the living area. The condo is a one bedroom that is equipped with all you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a tropical setting. We have free Wi-Fi , 2 wall hung LCD TV's, a 60" LCD smart wi-fi tv & Blu-ray player in the living room & a 42" LCD TV in the bedroom. Sleeping accommodations for up to 4 people with a queen size bed, dressers, and a walk-in closet in the bedroom and the living room has a convertible queen-size sofa bed. The unit also features a full-size kitchen with dishwasher, 4 burner stove, full size fridge & microwave. The spacious private lanai has a garden view and a table that seats 4. We provide 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, sandcastle building toys for the kids, 2 beach towels & 1 cooler. Our condo is located in North Kihei across the street from Kalepolepo Beach park and the whale foundation center. The beach has calm shallow waters and is perfect for watching the sun set over the neighboring islands of Kahoolawe, Molokini and Lanai. Sugar beach is about 1000' feet away and is the longest stretch of beach on Maui, perfect for long walks or nice jogs, fishing or sunbathing.The property also features a large quiet swimming pool, hot tub, and gas barbecues. The quiet pool with a covered seating area is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tropical island breezes after a full day of sightseeing or shopping. D101 with AC is a 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor full ocean view condo with a king-size bed.  There is a sofa bed in the living room. This corner unit has added side windows to allow trade wind breezes to flow through the condo.  There are ceiling fans and split system ac in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen is redone with granite counters, tile back splash, and recessed lighting. There is a shower in the bathroom. The tennis & pickleball courts and park area are easily accessed from this location. This condo is quietly located in the second building, away from traffic, directly above the pool, with a partial ocean view from the lanai (patio). The property has 3 private pools, 6 tennis courts, barbecue grills, and beautiful landscaping throughout. You can also soak in the sun on the beach; we are located within walking distance to Charley Young beach and the Cove Beach Park, offering some of the best places to paddle board or surf in Kihei. Along with swimming and surfing, you can also find great snorkeling and kayaking within a stone's throw. Kihei is also a popular hot spot for shopping, dining, and ending the day with shaved ice while watching the best sun sets on the island.Our unit has a futon style couch to sleep extra guest. Our unit is of typical size for a 1 bedroom in Kihei. It's very clean and cozy and is decorated in island style. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit - fully furnished with a brand new bed and brand new queen sleeper sofa with a 5-in gel/memory foam mattress. It is a spacious unit with large windows opening up to the lanai. The ocean and beach are only steps from our front door from which you may watch amazingly beautiful sunsets. Our beach is great for running, walking, strolling, kayaking, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, watching sunsets and sunrises. We are also within very close walking distance to very popular bars, shops and restaurants.
