King bed in the master, queen size pullout sofa in the living room and twin rollaway bed. Additional features include a large balcony just off the living room. Beach gear is provided including beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels. This unit is meticulously cared for and includes luxury furniture, linens and decor. New appliances. Condo offers full privacy and overlooking Carlin Park, with the walkway to the beach. it's a self-check-in with a code lock. The condo is in a beautifully landscaped 30-acre Jupiter Bay Resort, East side. This is a true resort atmosphere. 7-acre lake with bridge and lighted walkway around the lake, 2 heated swimming pools with spa, poolside restaurant "Twisted Tuna" with outside Tiki bar, hard surface tennis courts, Bocce court and walkway to the beach and Carlin Park. Also, very close to Maltz Theater.Guests have full access to the whole resort.Parking permit is required to park overnight and will be provided. With1,650 square feet the unit has 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 baths and a loft with a desk and sofa bed that can serve as a fourth bedroom.Each bedroom has a 40" TV and there is a brand new 65" Smart TV is in the living room. There is a private balcony on the upper level which overlooks scenic Carlin Park. The views are spectacular.If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park.
