SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS The king bed has its own bedroom with dedicated work space, USB lamps for easy phone charging, overhead ceiling fan. Close the door for a total blackout experience and sleep in! There are two twin beds as part of a bunk that sits in the hallway between bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room. It's semi-private and semi-dark for sleeping. NOTE: These beds may be a little short for adults, and the mattresses may also be a little thin. There is a queen pullout couch in the living room. Pull the curtains for a room darkening effect. Plenty of extra linens and pillows. You'll have the entire home to yourself. We'll be available by phone or text should you need us. Your home is the bottom level. When there are guests upstairs, you should expect some overhead noise. If you are a light sleeper or want perfect quiet, this may not be the place for you. (Consider booking the upper unit instead, or inquire about our 3BR or 6BR homes nearby!) PETS & PET FEE Well-behaved pets are welcome with a $50 fee (per pet) per stay. Please inquire about our pet policy. (We allow horses as well! $150/mo per horse. You need to bring your own hay. We have a creek for water) NO AC This home has concrete floors and close contact with earth, which keeps it naturally cool. Open the windows for an extra cross-breeze at night, and close them up to keep in the cool air. There are only 4-8 weeks per year that Montana gets hot. These things typically keep the home cool, but we want to be very transparent with our guests that we do not have AC. CANCELLATIONS RENTER'S AGREEMENT A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts. DEPOSIT We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

The handbuilt fire pit with permanent benches and seating allows for world class star gazing around the campfire. Spacious, peaceful and breathtaking, The Twila is a unique, beautiful, one of a kind structure and experience. You might even catch a cattle drive! We keep your convenience and enjoyment in mind by also providing coffee, coffee creamer and sugar, extra hygiene amenities, wifi, hairdryer, laundry and dish soap, stoneware sets, and campfire wood and roasting sticks for the outdoor fire pit.
