The master has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed and set of bunks. There is also a small futon in the master with sides that lay down. There are TVs in both bedrooms and the den. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and countertops. It is stocked with the basics, including coffee pot (for both grounds and pods), one roll paper towels and dish soap. We have a washer and dryer and there are beach chairs, beach cart and beach toys. A small stroller and portable crib/play yard are also available. Sheets and towels and beach towels are provided. We also have hair dryers in each newly renovated bathroom and a small shampoo/conditioner/soap.We stay at our property as often as possible and have tried to make it is comfortable as we can. Directly on the beach and offering truly spectacular views from 2 oceanfront balconies, this 1600+ sqft penthouse is a two-story, open concept unit on the top floor and has the largest floor plan in Shipwatch. The home has three beautifully decorated bedrooms and three spa-like baths. There are two master bedrooms (both with new high-end pillow-top king size beds) upstairs - one overlooking the private beach and largest pool in Wild Dunes, and the other overlooking the par 3, 12th hole of the award winning Wild Dunes Links golf course. The third bedroom is on the main floor with two new twin beds. The living room sofa has a pullout queen sleeper if additional sleeping space is needed, and all bedrooms have their own large flat screen smart TVs. Each bedroom also has its own en-suite bathroom that has been newly renovated with marble counter tops and all high-end finishes.
